Bombing in Boston - Marathon halted

my 17 year old daughter and i were in boston this past weekend and stayed at the lenox hotel. we walked across that finish line 25 times.

the 2nd explosion happened right in front of the hotel we were staying.

we left yesterday around 12:30..

this is crazy watching this knowing we were right there 24 hours ago.

it is a minor target. this isnt the olympics or the world trade center.

i go with the angle that this is some right winger that wanted to cleanse the tree or whatever based on the symbolism of this being patriots day before anything else right now.

When I read threads like this after a national tragedy, the stupidity makes me wish a fucking meteor the size of Texas would hit us and wipe all life from this planet. now confirmed there's a Saudi National in custody plus they're looking for another dark skinned or black foreign national with heavy accent who tried to infiltrate a secured area before the bomb went off and then covered his head and escaped when confronted.
