My post was suggesting that the noble Rio excuse was a thinly-veiled disguise, and that the real reason that BHB wanted their money back was that they were displeased with the results of their advertising.
I think BHB's later posts more or less confirmed that this was the primary reason, and that the Rio incident gave them an opportunity to come off looking like the good guys (or so they thought).

If we didnt have any money then we sure as hell wouldnt be willing to let 10k go to waste to make a point.
