Oh the drama....

Did I not read that LTFL settles on Monday's?? That they would carry anything under $500?? That EV180 just this week (after Monday) ran it up over a $1000?

What is the big deal here, EV180 can't expect to get paid until Monday if those are the terms they worked out.... # Totally confused.

I will say the stolen phone by HIS wife is more than suspicious. I don't care if my wife found out I was having an affair on my phone, that shit would be back in my hands immediately.
But I wouldn't have that problem because I have this thing called trust with my wife.

Confusing to say the least and I don't think either side is playing it "straight".

Pats, that is the way i understand it too. The OP EV180 was owed money this Monday if he is still up money thru Sunday nite. If i am correct the OP Ev180 was very very wrong to cry stiff. Also he put the real name of LTFL on the forum. That is so wrong. if i was LTFL i would be beyond pissed off too.

Great, that probably qualifies lots since I post & use sentences like a normal human being. He's from NY, i've never been past Nevada in my life. Stfu about him & I being one already. Exactly Valium, what i've said from the beginning. I was pissed at Betall because my name was okayed to be made public without any confirming of said "proof" from EV180. Thats bullshit. He's not some long-time respectable poster he's just some clown that cried wolf. Where da fuk is my apology from either of them? Nowhere. I DONT OWE THIS GUY SHIT UNTIL MONDAY. If his balance is over 1k at thst time, as agreed, I will pay. So simple yet so hard to understand for some.

unfortunately that was the step I had to take as I was essentially thrown aside and was not going to be spoken to anymore. before the op I contacted him letting him know I would be doing this. magically almost immediately after posting I started getting contacted thru methods I originally tried contacting originally.

once again I apologize to all involved. but like I said my main reason for the post was to make sure I nor anybody else gets scammed, that is all. sorry again and thanks to bas for being impartial and only going on facts provided to him. either way next week this thread will be gone so...

correct..also forgot to mentioned before all this started I received text messages from his phone saying to quit calling contacting him asap or I would be turned into the police etc etc. hence why I contacted him via email to see what was happening and no response. once this thread was made and I told him prior he magically starts responding via all methods originally contacted

ok. IMHO you should have gotten concerned but given it more time between the two of you to play out and get it resolved. i think it was very wrong of you to post his real name at this point. You had not been stiffed yet by the rules you playing under.

hindsight is 20/20 and you are correct valium. hence why I have apologized. but being burned in the past I have seen this MO before. but once again I do apologize. now for how offending parties have reacted though does make your raise your eyebrows. especially with all the other facts that came out ie same ok, diff accounts and just being plain rude to somebody impartially trying to resolve the situation
