It never ceases to amaze me how grown men can act like grade school students. Major, Lander, Lou Diamond, Gotbookie, Rogthedodger, etc. "I'm right and you're wrong." Name calling, finger pointing---I coach 6-8 year olds and they act better than some of you do.

i missed that one BHB....unless you are talking about jj, and if so, that isn't really fair. i believe russ has even stated that you are and will continue to be on his recomended list. that doesn't sound like someone who is trying to bash you.

I'm curious - is the advance money paid by Royal going to be refunded to them by the Rx regardless of what they may have said? One would wonder why not, since a lot of heat was brought to bear on Russ in the topic above for not refunding BHB's money. Sorry if this has already been done, I haven't seen that it was, is all.

Russ - if you are going to keep his money, keep it. You seem to think it's okay so do it, I have no idea how these contracts (or lack of one) work. I guess since you are holding the money you can make the rules. If it was me and I took his banners down then I would refund his unused money, that's just me though. Why would you want to keep it if you didn't provide what you had agreed upon? Because you are able to confiscate it or because you think it's the right thing to do? I know since he spoke up for Rio and they are one of your hated rivals he needs to be punished but I am tired of this already. Punish these guys somewhere else. We all have learned that people will pay dearly when they mess with you but let's leave it at your site. I have a feeling this is going downstairs with the rest of this sort of stuff.....

General, my point is, IB was allowed to spew shit about Royal for a long time here, which soured Royal on this site. I don't agree with Roberto airing his dirty undies here, but I equally thought IB crossed the line a lot and was not shut down for it. To me, the fair and smart thing to do is give Royal their money back, as in Pat's own words.

Not wanting to argue over it with anyone Jazz. I respect all involved. My opinion is and will remain that it is no ones business what the financial dealings are. If Roberto and Marty want to share, then that is their right, but I do not see why anyone needs to know other than those 2 parties.

General, it's because of perception of fairness that reflects upon a business, which the Rx is. Pat stated his opinion that Russ was wrong in not refunding BHB's advance money because BHB did not receive the service. By extension, so should the Rx refund the money to Royal. Roberto cannot share here anyway because, as far as I know, the Rx has banned him. Marty COULD share, in which case it would be a smart move to do so, so people would know that the Rx has made the right and decent business move. Not sharing leaves that completely in doubt. I don't see the big deal in NOT sharing this - why would this NOT be shared if the money was refunded?

p.s. This isn't about 'arguing', it's about finding out what the truth is.
