I've been thinking about this. I think binge watching it cheapens the experience a little bit. One week is torture....but do you see how on BCS, we watch an episode, then get to talk about it for a week before the next episode.

the shitty thing is when the season finale comes and you have to wait 6 months before the next season premier

After watching 4 seasons and 1 episode of bb I don't know if dedicating an entire show to Saul makes much since to me.
That could get old fast to me.

He was by far the worst actor on BB imo

Jessie is such a dumbass

Jessie goes from my favorite character, to my least favorite character, to my favorite character....etc... at least with walt we know he is just going from good to evil....we root for him as a badguy

I think it was a dumb idea for a spin off and I even think VG said he feared it wouldn't be that well received. I think they should have done a spinoff on Mike, I thought he was probably the best character on BB.

Although BCS is bringing Mike into the fold, so I guess I'm getting my wish in that respect.

I must have missed something on one of the earlier episodes because I'm confused on something.

Whats the deal with Jessie going all ape shit about the missing cigarette and the resin?

I don't recall the transfer from walt.

I thought Walt switched it out with plant seed.

And why did Walt need Saul? I must have accidentally skipped an episode by mistake because this is the only thing that I'm confused about.

If anyone wants to explain that to me just remember I have not watched anything past the point of Jessie going all ape shit on Saul so don't tell me what happens after that point.

Thanks

well first off its Ricin, not "resin"

secondly, Jessie carried the smoke with the Ricin (not "resin") around with him under direction of WW to find a convenient time to slip it to Gus, this was during the time that Gus was showing interest in Jessie as a kind of protege.

when the hit on Gus didnt pan out WW surreptitiously removed the Ricin (not "resin") laced smoke from Jessie's cigarette box and poisoned Jessies gf's kid at the same time with morning glory seeds I believe.

Jessie assumed he had lost the Ricin laced smoke and the kid somehow got it. This drove Jessie away from Gus and made himunable to become WW's replacement, as only Jessie could cook as good as WW with Gale being compost at this point.

comprendez vous??

No I had all that.

Im talking about when Jessie went postal on Saul right before he was going to meet up with that guy for witness protection.

Depends on the show but a show like BB/Sopranos/Wire and even Deadwood that is so rich in detail is probably better viewed on a weekly basis. When you are just plowing through episodes like Tony Montana plowing through cocaine you can miss a lot of the finer details and nuances in a show.

Depends on the show I guess.

He assumed Saul helped Walt to poison Brock. He didn't know Walt only wanted Saul to steal the ricin cig from Jesse so he could blame Gus and Tyrus for poisoning Brock. The plan worked out for Walt. When Jesse realized Brock wasn't poisoned by the ricin, Walt was able to manipulate Jesse again by inserting the "salt" cig in the roomba. When Jesse realized he was played all along by Walt, he went ballistic on Saul and he would kill Walt too.

I decided to rewatch Breaking Bad... couldn't help myself... all I gotta say is this show has the perfect mixture of action, suspense, drama and comedy... fucked up comedy lol. The casting was perfect I really can't imagine ANY better actors for ANY part.

Will watch Felina later tonight... last 4 episodes are so freaking awesome...

I loved Breaking Bad but don't see it as the type of show I could rewatch.

This is like the 3rd or 4th time I rewatch it, I find it really easy to do it, most episodes have a lot of replay value. I started this rewatch on december because the girl I was dating at the time didn't see it... we got to season 2 and we broke up lol. I remember she defended Skyler a lot and we had an argument over that haha.
