seemed the whole point was, chuck is controlling jimmy by being "sick"
after jimmy assures chuck he is now on a straight and narrow path to success, suddenly chuck sheds the blanket and gets up to make coffee

My question is I've never seen a show on regular tv with the language and nudity of this show. I did not know that was allowed on a channel like A&E.

Not saying it's a bad thing I'm just surprised and was not expecting it.

So my new question is since strong language and nudity is apparently ok on A&E how come when A&E plays reruns of the sopranos they chop out all the bad parts?

If you can say Fuck on Breaking Bad why do they have to edit that out on The Sopranos

It's setting the stage for future activity. Try to see the big picture

They better hurry up or they will lose viewers....That`s 2 bad episodes in a row in my opinion.

Thank god i did not watch this show from week to week. The cliffhangers must have been a bitch having to wait 7 days inbetween.

I'm just now watching breaking bad for the first time starting yesterday. Just got done with the first 6 episodes of season 1.

Good so far . Had no idea there was only 7 episodes per season. I'll be able to knock that out in no time.

Dude, I'm jealous. I'd pay a lot to go back in time and get to watch that show for the first time again. Pretty sure you'll come out of it saying it's the best show ever and won't be another like it, just like Shawshank Redemption was for movies.

Yes, very cute and great actor. Her weight fluctuates a lot in this show. She gets chubby and then boom it's like damn, Skyler's been working out.

Only character a can't stand the first 1.5 seasons is Walt Jr.
He brings nothing to the table for me.

Just a whinny little bitch.

Is he gay?

The only way to watch a show like this is them all at the same time.

Watxhing a show like this week to week would drive me crazy.

House of Cards next for me.

I thought the kid was a pretty good actor. He actually has CP in real life and I read somewhere that he would deprive himself of sleep and shit so that his speech was a little worse (more impaired).

I did think the whole changing his name to Flynn thing was stupid (sorry if you haven't gotten there yet but I didn't really spoil anything for you). I get what they were going for there (detachment from Walt Sr) but I still think that whole storyline was kinda dumb.

I don't recall "fuck" being used on BB and most nudity was pretty tame.

The only time I remember fuck being used it was slightly bleeped.

Fwiw Breaking Bad aired on AMC

Can we keep to the topic of the show Better Call Saul. We really don't need another breakdown or rehash of Breaking Bad in this topic. There's Breaking Bad threads if you guys want to continue to talk about that show.

Give Better Call Saul the respect it deserves and if you've called the phone numbers I've posted you'll get a few moments of enjoyment.

Those that think the show is lame or not full of action need to realize this isn't Breaking Bad. It's the prequel long before BB took place. So no it won't have it's killings, dirty drug deals or shoot em up scenes. The show has laid out some great background to this point. Appreciate it for what it is....

At the time of my post I was only about half way through season 1.

After doing a Google I came to find out that the first 3 or 4 show were made before knowing which network it was going to be on.
Once it became AMC they were forced to tone it down a few notches.

I have noticed now that im on season 2 the language and everything else got toned way down from season 1.
