Dave is not paying +300 on the average wager. He is playing +150 on the entire wager. He is a THIEF and nothing has been solved.

The comment about the spider program is pure BS too. I myself pluck lines by hands but i do know several people who use spider programs. I have tried a spider program before that live updates and well they are really crappy because everyone else hits the exact same lines at the exact same time so after my 7 day trial i never used it again. Not worth the cost to me. Let me tell you another thing about these irrelevant spider programs. I have seen them and never seen a single one that does tennis, unless you count betbrain.com which you are not listed.


Betbrain is a spider program. www.betbrain.com I click on the links and it shows me matchups with the best line. If that is a spider program then half of the internet must use a spider program for betting and we should void all bets!

Dave has no clue. I am not a line mover but i am a recreational player. i am a square who when he sees something he likes bets it straight up. I have proven that over and over again in threads. A perfect example is my 5 dimes problem with Dent not to win -340.

Dave knows that instead of paying the 24000 he owes he can pay 6000 and save his but 18000 from this theft. Noone here is asking for +605. Everyone i talked to has said that the pinnacle +453 is more than a reasonable resolution but he insists on +150

HOW THE HECK CAN YOU JUSTIFY +150 when pinnacles line was +453?? You're nuts. This is theft and will continue to be theft.

In conclusion dave proved nothing other than dancing around the fact that he is stealing money. If all the other bets i made were "incorrect lines" why weren't my bets cancelled or why wasn't i warned? Because the line's were within 20-25% of everyone else's line.

Why did Dave pay the 5 other guys? Most likely they were losers at his book. It's smart business. If a guy has lost 20dimes and he hits a slightly off line for a 6dime win why not pay the man, figuring he'll lose it.

This matter is not finished and Dave's resolution is garbage.

So Dave please reload your neteller so people can get paid. I'm sick of hearing them saying your account is empty. I need my money which was promised to me a week ago. It's STILL not there.

Sorry folks, but areef is right here. I will say this once and once only. NOBODY USING SPIDERS HAS THEM SCRAPING TENNIS PRICES. Of course its possible, but no one in their right mind is going to do this for a sport like tennis. This is so fu(king funny that its actually irrelevant.

Bad line, good line. You book a bet, you pay the bet. Dave, you say its a lose lose situation for you? Well its a lose lose situation for the player too. I want there to be one single time in sports betting history where a book cancels a wager after the event has occurred in favor of the player as a result of a bad line.

This is why someone like Lenny has garnered the utmost respect from me. If I make a wager, have it confirmed (or read back) and I leave the house and dont return for one week, I want to know that the result will determine how the wager is graded. Not some subjective decision on what constitutes a bad line. Dont deal in gray, deal in black and white like Lenny and you wont run into these problems.

Banned4Life (sounds like an appropriate moniker), I'm not sure what agenda you are driving here, but attacking us is not something I am gonna let go without a little defense. With apologies for using up space in this forum to defend ourselves, I will do so briefly. Yes, CBS advertises at BPub, and we have had a good relationship with them. Peep posted a message on our forum about this, and then promptly posted it as a "test" on his forum for some "fresh" content and a forum thread to help get something going over there. These are the only truths you have posted in your incindiary post about us.

We DO NOT take any shit book that comes along. We may not be quite as plugged in to some of these guys as Shrink and Major, but we do our best to make sure books are as good as we can with study, communications, and people who should know. I do my best to research posts, check out history, find out where else they are, look for bad posts, ask about things before we take them on as advertisers. We do only currently accept books that pay for their advertising as they go, and we do not (unlike most of the other sites) enter into affiliate programs and take the losings of our members as payment for advertising. To each their own, but I think that shows a little responsibility and member good will.

We are not desperate for advertisers, and have turned down many opportunities over the past few years. We have also worked with some newer books on a smaller scale to benefit both them and us in the industry. Hey, we started out small, too. But we have never knowingly stuck with a book that has done anything to hurt our members, when we had any control or say in it. And we have worked hard to correct problems and get them worked out with our advertisers, and usually it has worked out well.

We have gotten the shaft from books in the past (haven't we all), but I feel comfortable with how we have conducted - and still conduct - our business. I sent a couple of e-mails regarding this situation, because I didn't like what I was reading. I also thought it was incredibly one sided, and there had to be more to it than was being reported. Seems that that was the case. It's not really my business...not my member...but I checked into it as a matter of due diligence, even if it was done as a result of a post to draw attention for another forum.

As for your "butt-buddy" comment, you are full of shit. I don't have a clue who you are referring to, and I don't send people elsewhere to defend my business...not that anything here, until you posted this crap, WAS my business. I have ZERO agenda here or in this situation. And again, I have no clue about who you are talking about, nor do I really care. If there is somebody that posts on our site without problems, then I'd say it might say something positive about our site, not something negative.

Though obviously I don't know his bet history he has remained patient and tried to resolve this quietly. Bettorspub you sort of have to ignore the rabble in here. If you reply to every meaningless child who wants attention you will be in for it. I wish you best of luck with your forum but as an advertiser you should do something to get the right thing done in this case.

Dave is not doing the right thing here, and he knows it but if he can get away with it and save himself 18,000 or so dollars he's going to do AND get away with it.

There is no doubt that Dave is a very clever spin doctor. He uses the term +300 at "average bet" to get around the fact tha the is only paying +150!

THE BET WAS FOR 1000, THE PAYOUT WAS 1500, THAT IS +150 DAVE. IF THE BET LOST YOU WOULD NOT HAVE REFUNDED 500 BACK TO ME WE ALL AGREE ON THAT.

Send my balance before the bet and 4,530 for pinnacles line (+453, which you curiously do NOT mention) and i will end this matter and close my account at your book and you'll have 1 less opportunist to deal with.

Banned- You are 100% wrong about bettorspub. There is books that have been taking down at bettorspub because because rumors were they were shaky. They have some of the solidest books around including pinnacle,grande,cascade, and rio. A sign of taking any book on that opens there checkbook would be taking on smaller books. I also can't name another site that has the amount of money given away in contest as bettorspub.

Mods- I would start a new thread stating Dave from cbs responds and start it with his first post. People don't want to read through 8 pages to find it.
