I don't know if it's completely off the radar, but Extract is pretty good and funny. Made by the same guy who made office space. The neighbor cracks me up every time.

REC is a 2007 Spanish horror film co-directed by Jaume Balagueró and Paco Plaza. The film was released in Spain in November 2007. Balaguero and Plaza previously co-directed the 2002 documentary OT, The Movie. REC was filmed using shaky camerawork. The film was remade in 2008 practically shot-for-shot in America, retitled Quarantine. A sequel, titled REC 2 was released in 2009, and two more films in the franchise are planned.

Great horror flick if you don't mind subtitles.

Yes. I think their is a sequel now too. I don't know obscure movies in this thread
can be bought or rented, but this one was on sale at Blockbuster recently for
about 4-5 dollars.

Ive seen Boondock Saints posted on here at least 3 times and I gotta tell you, I worked with a guy who basically begged me to watch this movie because it was "so good". I finally gave in and he brought me the video. Maybe it was the buildup he gave me but I couldnt watch the whole movie in one sitting. It was so bad I had to watch it in segments and even then I dont think I managed to finish it. Maybe it was the buildup, who knows?

People have different tastes, that's all. One guys garbage is another's treasure.
All sense of humours, like all comedies, are not made alike.

The Mothman Prophecies - Richard Gere in this one, based on a true story. It's a haunting movie that isnt a bunch of cheap thrills with BS scare tactics.
