5 guys burgers...only think they are on the east coast, started out in northern virginia DC area...we just got one on long island last year, reallll good burgers and fries

BTW....5 Guys has made it to the West Coast. There's one in Carson, Cerritos & Hollywood. I thought it was okay but nowhere near worth the cost.

cant believe anybody can have ljs on their list of good ff. Everything is fried in god know what and is the greasest worst food i ever had. But thats just me.
most people like fried food. i would say greater percentage than not fried food. their chicken is the best. i can eat a family platter by myself.

Tell me a little about Steak N Shake. I was watching a White Sox game online and saw a commercial for that place. I immediately went to their website and was drooling at the pictures. I wish the west coast had comfort fast food like this place. In southern cali we are home of the wraps and low carb burger.

Another place that looked good was this place called Culvers (Home of the butter burger) http://www.culvers.com/

they are down south also. it smelled like straight meat when i went in there. it looked good but i didnt get anything

Goldengate "hotel and casino" snack bar is pretty damn good if you are around Fremont and Main at about 1 am and hungry, but it's no chain.
