The best way to make Hillary look presidential is to stand this Schmuck up on a stage beside her.

Fresh from his trio of wins, Sanders said on Sunday the victories may sway the Democratic power brokers to back him in his race against Clinton.

This is aimed at he left wingers down here. I know there's no way any of you right wingers would support him, and he's probably a no go for AK as well. But what about the rest of you left wingers. In primaries do you support Bernie or Hilary. Personally I'd take Bernie over Hilary or Obama. He's more like the Scandinavian Social Democrats in Europe, and they actually rate higher on economic freedom scale than the progressives we have here at home. Not that I agree with the social democrats, but I'd trade having health care, and education, for getting rid of most of the regulatory red tape, that hinders competition, especial the keeping of new blood from competing with old money.

The guy is a complete nut job. I'm amazed that this guy gets any traction at all, and I'm saddened at how far our country has fallen in the last generation.

Posted by soopermexican on Apr 15, 2016 at 10:25 PM in Politics | 6 Comments

Bill Clinton is doing everything he can to piss off blacks and Bernie supporters it looks like. Earlier he mocked the “Black Lives Matter” folks and today he made fun of Bernie supporters!

ROLL THE TAPE MISTER PRODUCER!!!

That’s amazing because the more Bernie supporters he can get to hate Hillary the easier it’ll be for a Republican to defeat her. Unless it’s Trump of course…

April 15, 2016, 07:27 pm[h=1]Bill Clinton: Sanders fans would ‘shoot every third person on Wall Street’[/h]

Former President Bill Clinton on Friday joked that Bernie Sanders’s supporters would open fire on Wall Street.
“One of the few things I really haven’t enjoyed about this primary: I think it’s fine that all these young students have been so enthusiastic about [Hillary Clinton's] opponent and [Sanders] sounds so good: 'Just shoot every third person on Wall Street and everything will be fine,’” Clinton said in Fort Washington, N.Y., according to CNN.
“The inequality problem is rooted in the shareholder-first mentality and the absence of training for the jobs of tomorrow,” Clinton added.Clinton said after the event on Friday said that the quip illustrates Sanders’s focus on blaming the financial industry for America’s woes.
“It’s a joke,” he told MSNCB. "It’s a total joke. It’s meant to point out that’s the unilateral explanation for everything that’s wrong with America. You know, we all need to lighten up here, have a little sense of humor.”
Sanders has made criticizing Wall Street greed, income inequality and wealthy special interests cornerstones of his White House run.
His campaign on Friday released an ad needling Hillary Clinton for giving paid speeches to major financial institutions.
The Vermont lawmaker on Thursday also mocked Clinton’s ties with Wall Street, arguing it made her soft on big banks.
“Secretary Clinton called them out,” Sanders said of Wall Street during the Democratic presidential debate in Brooklyn. "Oh my gosh, they must have been really crushed by this. Was that before or after you received huge sums of money by giving speaking engagements?"

April 15, 2016, 06:32 pm[h=1]Biden: 'I doubt’ Pope Francis embraces Sanders’s ideas[/h]
By Mark Hensch

“I just think that Bernie making the trip is a good thing, but to suggest that the pope embraces Bernie’s policies, I doubt that very much,” he told CNBC reporter John Hardwood. "I don’t know, [but] I doubt it very much. No, I don’t think it could be read that way at all.”
Sanders spoke in the Vatican on Friday, arguing that the global community must combat wealth inequality.
“Over very soul as a nation has suffered as the public lost faith in political and social institutions,” the independent Vermont senator said.
“Illicit financial flows, environmental destruction and the weakening of the rights of workers is far more severe than it was a century ago. Our challenge is mostly a moral one, to redirect our efforts and our vision to the common good.”
Biden on Friday explained how his understanding of Catholic doctrine might depart from Sanders’s rhetoric.
“I was raised in a tradition called Catholic social doctrine,” he said. "It is that is legitimate to look out for yourself, but never at the direct expense of someone else. It is legitimate to do well, but never at the expense of not looking at what’s behind you.”
Reports emerged on Friday that Sanders would not meet Francis despite staying at the same hotel where the religious leader lives.
Sanders’s visit to the Vatican comes just four days before New York’s crucial Democratic presidential primary.

April 15, 2016, 03:10 pm[h=1]RNC chair 'much more comfortable' facing Clinton than Sanders[/h]
Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus said Friday that the GOP preferred a match-up with Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders in November.

"I'm much more comfortable — and I think everyone that analyzes this knows that Hillary Clinton is in the ditch. We don't know how far into the ditch she's going to go, but she's not doing well," Priebus said during an an appearance on CNN's "Wolf."

"I'd rather run against Hillary Clinton because she's defined, she's not liked, and in a popular cultural vote in America, that's a really important question," he added when presented with Clinton's large vote count lead.

Sanders has touted polling to argue he'd be a better general-election pick for Democrats than Clinton, who holds a big delegate lead and is hoping to blunt the independent Vermont senator's winning streak with a victory in the New York primary on Tuesday.

"I don't know what's going to happen with the FBI," Priebus said Friday, referring to the federal investigation surrounding Clinton's email arrangement as secretary of State. Clinton has predicted the issue won't impact her presidential bid, but Republicans view it as a major weakness.

The RNC chairman has argued before that Republicans would prefer to face Clinton in November. His latest comments come as Trump, the front-runner for the GOP nomination, remains deeply unpopular in polling among female voters, a demographic group Democrats hope to capitalize on in November.

Republicans have sought to turn their attention to Clinton amid days of renewed feuding from Trump, who has gone after the RNC and Priebus for operating a "rigged" nominating process.

"It was the same system that put Abraham Lincoln into office," Priebus told CNN, dismissing calls to tweak the GOP system after the real estate tycoon complained about Ted Cruz sweeping all 34 delegates in Colorado last week.

"This is a very normal system that we have been using for many years."
