He can build a culture but he’s almost as bad as it gets in terms of clock/late game management
Definitely headed for the HOF.

18 consecutive winning seasons, 7 AFC North division titles, 11 playoff appearances, 3 AFC Championship games, two Super Bowl appearances and one win, career 190-113-2 (.626 winning percentage), inducted into the Steelers HOF...

And obviously not even close to done.

A black coach with that kind of consistency and appearing in 2 Super Bowls is definitely going to the Hall of Fame.

But, in Pittsburgh, he's always been embraced very tepidly by the fans (the cliches are nauseating). You can strongly argue he wasted a lot of Big Ben's career and some of the playoff losses have been very embarrassing. But, it is good that the Steelers rarely have distractions in terms of culture or are a topic of public conversation being a clown show like Dallas, Cincy, or Cleveland.

He better start rewriting recent history then .

Long time since a playoff win
He might this year. For the first time in a long time he has a QB who won a SB. I don't think they'll make it to the SB but they are certainly making a run.

The reality is, Tomlin never has much to work with, does he? At least on paper. Yet his Steelers overachieve year after year. Most people like you picked them to finish close to the bottom in the AFC North.

In many ways, Tomlin's blue collar Steelers are the polar opposite of your diva star-studded Bengals, that can't even put together a winning season with all that expensive talent.

Imagine what Tomlin could do with a contender like the Bengals, Ravens, Bills etc.

Tomlin could coach that team for another 20 years. Of course he's a stone cold lock for the HOF.

He’s for sure in Hall of Fame

He’s due for some playoff wins though. Been too long

As bad as Cincy is run in general, they don’t belong with Dallas and Cleveland

Dallas is a unique circus with Jerry Jones. Cleveland is the ultimate dumpster fire

Bengals have at least had recent success

You can criticize certain teams, players, coaches for not going all the way one year to the next (like you always do the Bills with some merit) but when your team is stacked with stars (Burrow, Chase, Higgins, Brown etc.) and can't even make the playoffs, then yeah, your team definitely belongs in that Browns-Cowboys-Dolphins dumpster fire category.

"I have to be my perfect self every game!" - JoeyB 🤮

That's right, the rest of my team sucks so the only way we win is if I'm my usual superstar self!

Way to throw his entire team under the bus! Nobody will ever to go to war for an arrogant clown like that. Orlando Brown probably gave up on that Steeler strip-sack on purpose. LOL

Barring a MAJOR culture change, the Bengals promise to be a laughing stock franchise for years to come.

Another 1 sided debate that you win unanimously.

Ok, fair point. Jets are way more dysfunctional than successful. You can put them there.

Show one example of JoeyB throwing his entire team under the bus

If anything, he has openly supported the defense despite how historically bad it’s been

This is a 2-15 football team with an average QB
