Have been dealing with CRIS since mid 90s. Nothing but proffessional. As pointed out the landscape has changed concerning the methods of getting people paid. Believe me, the guys that run this shop understand the importance of getting clients paid as fast as possible. Just isn't as easy as it sounds anymore.
VD - I don't know what theRX policy is with CRIS, but I would be surprised if they stopped a book from helping posters. In the time I worked with Wil he help posters with just as many non-sponsor issue as sponsor issues.
SportsOptions does not need to stoop to these kinds of tactics. Our product and information stands on its own - like sending out Ron Artest probable before any other service tonight!
as far as I know, any sportsbook looking to help a poster can most certainly do that, wether they are a sponsor or not. We have had posts from the Greek while they have not been a sponsor as well as other books.
id like to know the poster names of anyone who was "deleted" or "banned" because I can almost assure you that it did not happen.

I've never heard of a problem....other than what they charge for a payout...at Bookmaker/CRIS. I've got thousands of dollars there and I'm not worried. After the SB. I plan on cashing out half and use the rest for the NBA and March Madness. Check with me after the SB, or when I win the PST/Bookmaker contest after week 17 and I'll tell you whether I'm worried or not!

I should have clarified from the get go - other than posts made directly from me, nobody from SportsOptions or on the behalf of SportsOptions has been involved with any posts about CRIS. That is not how we operate.
We are competing with Don Best and CRIS in the line service arena, not bookmaking. From the bookmaking end, I sympathize with any processing issues that CRIS or any other book has experienced.
Where I don't sympathize with Don Best or CRIS is in the line service business. Both parties have made moves that are questionable at best, and then want to paint SportsOptions as unethical. Yet anybody that has dealt with our company knows that is simply not the case - there is no 'funny business' going from us.
I'm not sure that the same can be said for Don Best - just last night 30 seconds after we sent Artest 'probable' DB sent Artest 'expected to miss'. Then, 2 minutes later they sent Artest 'probable'. I know that 'flip-flops' happen, especially in the NBA at game time. However, what is different now is that DB is not the only source, so consumers can easily spot inconsistencies.

VD, if BW had Artest first aren't you a bit concerned that Don Best sent him OUT first as well followed by IN when everybody who know's anything about information knew he was in? Now this is a bit confusing to me.:think2:
