Kathleen Sebelius told the House Ways and Means Committee that HHS does not know how many people who are enrolled in Obamacare have paid their premiums.

When Representative Tom Price asked Sebelius asked how many of the 4.2 million people enrolled have actually paid for their plans, she responded, "I can't tell you that because I don't know that." face)(*^%

Sebelius said HHS doesn't know because "consumers don't pay us" — they pay private insurance companies, and HHS receives aggregate data about which are customers eligible for a tax credit.

She also didn't know how many of the enrollees had previously been uninsured, and how many members of Congress had enrolled.

"It begs credulity, Madam Secretary, that you don't know the answers to these questions," Price said. "The American people trust that you know what you're doing and you're not filling the bill."

Insurance companies say about 80% have paid. As for who has new policies that didn't have healthcare before no one knows. All I know is your numbers are very misleading as cancelled policies does not mean they had to go through Obamacare. Their provider could have just offered a different policy that is acceptable under obamacare rules.

I already explained it. Cancelled policies does not mean they had to go to Obamacare exchanges. Many were just provided with a different policy from their provider that was under the standards of Obamacare. So the numbers aren't misleading, the claim that there were more people who lost their policies than gained new policies is misleading.

But the "6 million sign ups" are 100% enrolled people (policies that are paid for) that didn't have insurance before Obamacare.

So what numbers do you have? Can you post the numbers of ACTUAL enrollees that are helping the 30 million that were uninsured? This way you can give us the true 100% numbers?
