Boise/Byu under 55, Byu scores with 55 seconds left, still under then with 30 seconds left BYU picks of Boise and takes it to the house for a 55 yard touchdown...That is the worst

The Mormons did it to me again for the second week in a row. Got fucked out of last leg of a 4 teamer with Nebraska ML last week. Last night, lost Boise -2.5 on hail mary, followed by losing push on teaser with the pick 6 on the next play. If one of these fucks comes knocking on my door, I am going to egg them.

From last year but the WKU vs. CMU bowl game was the worst beat I have ever had. I honestly can't think of a game that could be worse.

Was perfect for the day then the Ponies turn the ball over TWICE AT THE ONE FUCKING INCH LINE. Three trips deep inside the 5 and they come away with 3 fucking points. Lost the Over by 2.5. Still smarting from that shit.
Thankyou)(&for letting me get that outta my system and BOL to everyone tonight and this week.

At near the exact same freaking time Notre Dame and Rutgers win with Hail Marys, costing me two plays.

Killed me as well. Didn't expect either of these teams to go over the total. Figured this would be a 21-17 type of game. Who knew!

BYU throwing that hail mary on that 4th and 7 lost the game for me. I had boise -2.5. Sux i was awake past 1am to watch that.

I had Tenn at a pick. Was happy when it was 17-0 and even 17-3 in the 4th qtr. Knew the sooners had momentum but that td in the last minute to force OT was no bueno.

I had Rutgers at a pick. Wash St's TD in the last minute to take lead got me again.

Had Iowa St +3.5. I knew the game was tied midway through the 4th qtr. Didnt watch game at all but was thinking that the final score would be a 3 pt game.

Also had Uconn -7.5. They were covering w/5 min left in game and Army throws a 70 yd td pass. Didnt see it but to figure that Army threw a 70 yd TD pass was pretty bad.

On another note i had an 8 game ML parlay for even money. Pulled 7 out of 8 (thanks Arkansas and the mighty SEC).

I didnt have this game but saw that Rice scored a last min TD for the backdoor cover.

Keep winning $$ my friends but if something fu&&ed up happens, please post!!

Trying to think which 4th quarter collapse I want to bitch about first....

I had Boise -2.5
Uconn -7.5
Rutgers at a pick
Tenn at a pick
Iowa St +3.5

And i only played 9 games yesterday!!

This should be a fun bitching thread for week 2

Despite your woes, be thankful you didn't have TEXAS -14'

Today we'll start with the Miami Hurricanes giving 3.5 pts. All was fine and dandy when they had a 23 pt 4th quarter lead and their fans (the non alumni) were bragging how the "U" was back.

Not the case that they blew the lead, went to overtime, and only won by 3 pts.

Ugh

I've already talked about the Hawaii game.
Air Force late TD for the over, under loses.
La Tech 45 yd at the gun for OT, ruining another under. Goes over in OT.
That Nebraska late TD for OT turned a sure under into an over

The Texas 4th Qtr comeback. I had doubled up on Cal (got them at -2.5 early in the week and then again at -6). Seeing texas score that last 20 points in that game when CAL had it locked away killed me. Also in the first half Cal RB was inside the 5yrd line about to score a TD and got clocked by little Vacarro (texas safety) and fumbled with Texas recovering.

...sounds like more of a collapse than a bad beat. I work with a few UT alums and boosters and I avoid as much football talk as possible.
...same for miami

that hawaii stuff is a bad beat!

Did anyone else notice that the dude's name who intercepted the Nebraska pass on the first play of overtime putting Miami in control is "Corn Elder"? I just had to find some humor in the outcome as I had The Canes -3.

So so many things could have happened at the end of the 4th that would concluded in a Cal cover. The play that hurt was the sure handed TE dropping the ball that hit him in the numbers. Then the missed xp to kill all bets.

I know there were a bunch of wacky games yesterday and I actually did well (finally). The 1 game that got me was ARky/TexAm. Luckily i was getting 7 pts and pushed but Arky had an 8 pt lead with under 3 min left. TexAm gets a td and gets the 2 pt conversion so the game is tied.

Arky on the final drive fumbles the ball so Texam takes over. TexAm plays for the game winning fg and i'm cool with that b/c i'm getting 7 pts. TexAm misses the game winning fg so we go OT.

Arky wins the toss and chooses to go on defense (right call but w/ texam going 1st and not 2nd, they could win by 7 and not 6 or Arky kicks fg and texam gets td to win by 3).

And of course u guessed it, Texam gets a td (and xp) while Arky fails and I get the push.

Hope u all had success this week but if not, let the bitching start

Anything from last weekend?

Only one that got me (wasnt such a bad beat) was Bowling Green giving up 2 4th qtr touchdowns vs Buf so they wouldnt cover (beating action's triple play is like trying to triple stamp a double stamp. Just dont happen)

I had Bowling Green too, terrible beat. They let up and Buffalo got the backdoor. Bowling Green clearly the better team and should have covered.
