It was announced today that Ja Morant will have season ending surgery for the Grizzlies so Memphis will be without it's leading scorer and emotional leader. They played without Morant on Sunday and the team stepped up to produce a nice road win at Phoenix, however, that puts them in a flat spot here as the Morant injury is the death knell for their season and the team must know it. My two sets of numbers for this game are 231 and 227.5 but this line implies an explosion spot for the Mavericks. I think that might happen, as a downtrodden Memphis squad, on the road for a 3rd consecutive game, could get run out of the building here.
