Sometimes the ID cards they must carry have both English and Thai. If they have only Thai you can calculate the girls age based on the Buddhist year.

This then leads to the questions, is the date on the Thai ID calculated from the DOB or the
year before that? And is the age of 18 for legal sex calculated the same way as the ID card?
To be on the safe side, until this is resolved, i'd act as if 19 is the 'age' a TG must be to do the bad thing with her.
