Sure we make more than some people with degrees of some sort but for the amount of money these books make the employyes should be compensated a little better. Any one agree?

How tough is it(Nevada books) for a person with a couple of misdemeanors on his/her record to be hired as a clerk? Non- drug and non-violent crap. Does it prevent someone from rising later on in field if hired?

Well I figure that that would be something someone in a pretty good position from the inside would say... that's all. It was just a question.

"Fringe benefits"? Well...making between $5.50 to $6.50 an hour in a country where average salary is .89 cents the hour. I'd say "yeah"

How can you justify paying $4 an hour to a clerk when the company is making thousands or even millions a year in profit by saying they are getting above the going rate in CR?

If that book was operating in the U.S they would pay more than triple they are paying here in salary and they would be making the same amount of profit.

Sincerely, I think many of the guys (Locals) that work for some offices are guilty about low pay because they want to be the right hand guy and suggest how manage some things in human resources . in other words they are ballsuckers that want to put other people like slaves and make the owner happy no matter what

The worse thing about it, they are costarricans too

Truthteller,

In some companies here, maybe under a million a month.. and pay their clerks $4...

There are very few books that start paying at $5 an hour.

agree with Sr Muny re supply/demand but then the very profitable books could sling a decent bonus each X'mas.

do the top line books really make as little as $1m / month. i saw a customer list for an asian book ( a little over a month as it was end of season ) with handle of US$250M and gross of US$2.5m.

can anyone else provide indications of how much the bigger offshore books might earn ??
