Very meaningful game. Tied for the division lead with 3 games to go. Can't assume anything in this league. Or that Philly wins out.

If Dallas lost this game and it’s their only loss but Philly lost one game, then Dallas would win the division and get the 2 seed (both teams 12-5 and Dallas would hold tiebreaker)

If both won out then Philly would win the division (both teams 13-4 and Philly would hold tiebreaker)

Dallas’ result here doesn’t impact the division race if they win their next 2

I don’t think the 1 seed is very realistic in any case

At home, and just a more important game to them. Home field + bye could help them a lot in the playoffs.

I think it would be meaningful for them in the sense that they wanna prove to themselves they can beat a good team on the road

Tied for the division and a possible 2 seed versus a 5 seed by not winning the division tells me seeding is still important here. Maybe I'm not digesting what you're trying to post here, lol. But these games are important no matter how you view it.

It doesn’t affect their seeding because it’s an AFC opponent

They need a Philadelphia loss to win the division/get the 2 seed

If they are tied at 13-4 Philly gets it

If they are tied at 12-5 Dallas gets it (and the 2 seed) if the Dolphins game is their loss
