It looks like real time odds are preferable to delayed odds. Is it really true that Don Best odds are delayed!?

Because of the way our program is designed you will find that you receive the information not only faster but also with more stability and consistency than any other service.

You are the wise man of the RX. I have no desire to sit here and debate this with Mike. But, I will not let him, or anybody else, post attacks against our company or me.

Go back and read my post prior to this thread. I want to be here to participate in forum discussions and to answer questions about our products, not spend my time defending myself against these attacks.

If you are not versed enough to comment on the injunction (which fact and a matter of public record), why did you bring up the situation? I have never told anybody that your company stole our customer list. I have told people that your company knowing mailed to our stolen customer list. That is a fact.

I don’t know why the FBI came to visit you. But if the FBI came to your office and you did not call them, there must be something up.

If you marketing efforts did not include paying for advertising on the forums that choose to frequent so often, then why are you so upset with the arrangements we have with RX and MW. It seemed to me that if we were going to use these forums to help promote our products, that the right thing to do is pay for that right.

Unlike your service, we have authorized direct connection with all of the sportsbook on our service. They push us their line changes, we do not pull them. So to answer your question, yes our service displays every change we receive from our Premium books in real-time.

Your service pulls from feeds (most of which are unauthorized). Any programmer will tell you that a program that pulls data will always be slower than a system that is setup to receive a push.

You want to continue to accuse me of lying, but I ask you again, show me where I have lied.

I missed this post earlier.

After some research this is what I came up with. Again I wasnt present back then. But to my understanding it worked like this. G&J purchased a mailing list, much like they always have done, always will do. Your boss in fact did call the FBI and accused G&J of hacking your site. After you called in the FBI, your company filed a law-suit against G&J, to which they counter-sued.

There was a phone call to G&J's attorney from DB's attorney that said we will drop our suit if you will drop yours. So as far as I know the case was dropped. If I am wrong, or missing something its because our lawyer (one of the best RIP) decided not to bother us with of it.

Given that DB was so convinced that it was his list. G&J upheld ethical business practices and agreed not to mail that list anymore. They did what any respectful company would do and stopped mailing the list. Whether it was yours or not. They didnt want to step on any toes.

Now, was this case dropped as I say? Or am I wrong. Again, i wasnt part of the situation back then... but this is what I think to be true.

Just because you think you have these exclusive contracts... I wouldnt fool yourself into thinking that sportsbooks arent wise enough to post their odds on more than one service. We have contacted every book on our screen. They know the situation, they know that their feeds are on our screen. Even if we hadnt called them, we know that you would have.

And if your 'push' system is indeed so much faster, then Darryl will be able to confirm that if he decides to look at both systems now wont he?

As with any data-transmission system, we are at the mercy of the data-providers. If we receive incorrect information on our service, we take measures to rectify it.

Well, again... I am sure it is public record that can be pulled up. But I am under the impression that both suits were dropped by both parties. And out of respect G&J agreed to stop mailing a list that you said was yours. They would give the same decency to any company. So if you pull up the public file, my information will obviously be seen as wrong. And you could end this argument quickly.

Now, for the reason that the FBI visited our office. Is your stance that your company did not call them in, and send them to our office? Because we can dig up the old posts about it when it happened a couple years ago. So what is your official stance on this matter? Did your company call the FBI?

Imagine, in an industry like this... a company people are supposed to trust, will call the FBI on a whim, even when no wrong-doing has been done. Come'on, who does that?

Before you do that... all I want to hear is you say that every book on your service is real-time, and a bet-able line. You still havent said that convincingly enough for a service that charges $550 a month.

You say you dont lie... but you sure do skip around the truth. I asked if your company sent over the FBI. I want a real answer.

And what do you say to Darryl taking both of our services for free and comparing them side-by-side. I already know what the outcome would be, but wouldnt it be nice to have it posted in a forum, uncensored?

the answers I believe to be true.

1.) No, your books arent in realtime and bet-able on your screen.

2.) your company did in fact send the FBI to our office.
