Deck Drills(Fitness)
This should show you what type of shape your in. It also revolves around a deck of cards.
J-K are worth 10 and depending on your stength & stamina aces are 11 or 1.
You do pushups for every number you have thrown down until you either complete deck or end up quitting. I ended up doing 185. I sometimes do black/red crunches or leg lifts/pushup combos. It is a good way to kill some time.

I think playing too much poker for me was the end for most of these bitches. I catch on to their subtle tells when they lie, like yesterday I asked her why she was talking to this person and getting along due to the past encounters. Oh this is the first time we spoke.
