He has nothing to defend, was not knocking him or ANY other reputable proxy out there, or was not my intention anyways.
Have no problem with any reputable proxy receiving any compensation they can receive, and certainly not Sharky, someone I know personally and friends with.
In fact, Sharky helped me last year with signups and also suggested a few tips on being a proxy.....when it comes to the LVH contest, Sharky knows much more than me on many facets of the contest.
As far as banking, I presume you mean the IRS situation.......well recreational entrants need or should be aware that 1099-Misc winnings cannot be offset by gambling losses.
I have used both Sharky and FH. both are great. In fact, last year, i had 2 entries, one with Sharky and one with FH.
on top of that, on my entry with FH, sharky's friend signed up as a backup proxy since there is room for 2 proxies.

Maybe it is easy maybe it is not....but we are talking 17 weeks. All the years sharky was doing it he could never go visit his family for the holidays....now with Thursday games u sometimes have to turn in cards early in the week...esp thanksgiving week.
imagine having to stay home each Friday night for 4 months so that u can meet the Saturday deadline.
Doesn't sound fun to me...if I had 17 proxies then I maje 200-250 a week....I guess that sounds good if everyone is responsible and sends stuff on time.
and funny how everyone argues about the %. No one that won complains about it....because they probably realize how little it is or we dont realize how impossible it is to cash. ..bas is the only one I know who cashed and he thinks the % is deserved

Well like I said before, if I Cash.. I'm going to Tip the guy anyway. Because either way... Easy or Hard to do. I can NOT do it myself, living 2500 miles away.
BTW, NFLTrends( did it myself ) Cashed last year, and I believe 3pointdog cashed before too. Ace-Ace also cashed I think Twice. There has been a few over the years that are here at The RX
