best part for me was that i had never heard that song before. it was off one of their early releases.

it sounded totally different live.

i think bono and edge are supposed to play today at the clinton library dedication.

it's on msnbc right now.

i dont know when they go on though.

i'll bet they play "one"

my girlfriend just got her special U2 ipod in the mail yesterday. Its black and red. Going to order the entire digital catalog with 25 unreleased tracks. It cost $150 normally (for the catalog, ipod is $350ish) and they give you $50 off if you buy now. Not bad.

Bono and The Edge, just delivered a classic performance in the rain on MSNBC, not sure the President's cared much but i sure did appreciate it,lol...

They played at the Clinton Presidential Library Ceremony, played 3 songs , just Edge and Bono...Sounded great...

Sorry Dicky, I misread your question...they played Sunday Bloody Sunday , accoustic...a few adlib lines to fit the event...They also played a song (I don't know the title) that was dedicated to 9/11...Pouring rain, just a guitar and piano, and they sounded great....

then played a song from the gangs of new york soundtrack. " hands that built america"

bono has done more for the world than just about everyone who flew down from washington put together. and i'll bet he paid his own way there...
