A local Seattle resident named Raz Simone has designated himself and his team as the "security" for the so-called Autonomous zone of Capitol hill His people are armed and attack anyone they don’t like. The police are inactive. The city’s authorities are silent. The Governor of Washington said he did not know about the appearance of an enclave in the largest city in the region. Donald Trump has already called the Seattle situation a takeover and an act of domestic terrorism.
These Leftist governors and mayors are the same attention-seeking children that created the Autonomous Zone. That any major would call this a lawful gathering is criminal. Her own police chief said they are getting 9-1-1 calls from inside the zone that they are unable to respond to related to robberies, rapes, and assaults.

Let's put some snipers on rooftops around the perimeter of this zone.
Give them orders to put a bullet in Raz's head and any others running around with guns in the zone
Then have some soldiers trained in city combat on the ready, after you kill Raz, tell them they have 15 minutes to put down their weapons and give themselves up.
If not the military is coming in with orders to kill anyone in the zone.
You do not want to just arrest people, groups like this as that accomplishes nothing.
You need to be as heavy handed as possible to send the message this shit will not be tolerated to the others.
They do this knowing nothing will happen to them.
You can't be letting groups just take over cities like this.
