Dear Jim,
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerburg and his out-of-touch Silicon Valley elites spent millions to score a victory this week when an amnesty bill was rammed through the Senate despite public opposition. What's worse? We don't even get enforcement later -- only a "plan" that is optional to implement! Turns out our elected Senators are more interested in serving well-funded special interests than American interests…
The Congressional Budget Office's analysis confirms independent FAIR research that this amnesty bill will:

  • Depress average wages in America
  • Increase unemployment
  • Reduce per capita GNP growth
  • ADD nearly 50 million new immigrants in just 20 years!
It won't stop illegal immigration!.
(click for large version of graphic)

FAIR has already invested nearly amillion dollars in advertising to combat this amnesty push - more than anyone else fighting the bill - but we're being outspent 3:1according to research by National Journal.
The FAIR fight for responsible immigration reform is still alive in the House - but we only have a short window in which to act! Your tax-deductible contribution is vital to our efforts to continue to run national ads to fight this massive amnesty push.
We will not let Silicon Valley and other business elites shape the immigration debate, but we need more funds to continue our media campaign. Will you help FAIR today?
Sincerely,
23576.jpg

Dan Stein, President
P.S. We're being outspent 3:1! Help us continue the FAIR fight by making a tax-deductible donation today!
P.P.S. Help FAIR spread the word by forwarding this email to a friend!
FAIR is a non-partisan, non-discriminatory non-profit organization dedicated to securing our borders, ending illegal immigration and promoting immigration levels consistent with the national interest. [/h][h=5]Brothers and Sisters. I understand that many cannot attend the March on DC July 15th but there are many things you CAN do to support the March. You can spread the word on FB and other social media. I am doing that and also promoting on Blog talk radio shows. Hell, you could even Paint the URL , DCmarchforjobs.com, along with statements explaining it, on your vehicle and drive it around.

I believe this march will go down in history and it is up to us to make sure it will be as successful as possible !!!

[h=1]Mob of Immigration Activists Storm Kansas Secretary of State’s Home[/h]Todd Starnes | Jun 17, 2013

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach is calling for a criminal investigation after a huge mob of illegal alien supporters surrounded his private home Saturday and held a rally on his front porch.
At least 200 members of Sunflower Community Action were bussed into Kobach’s Kansas City-area neighborhood on Saturday – to protest his staunch anti-illegal alien views.
“I was just appalled,” Kobach told Fox News. “They have a right to protest at my office or at public places – that’s fine. But they don’t have a right to enter someone’s private property and engage in this kind of intimidation.”
“I have four little girls and they would have been terrified to see 200 protesters shouting at their daddy on megaphones on the front lawn,” he said.
The secretary of state said a large number of the protesters were believed to be illegal aliens. They can be seen on video chanting in Spanish, standing on Kobach’s porch, front yard and driveway and demanding that he come outside.
“Kris Kobach, come on out,” one unidentified protester shouted. “We’ll show you what Kansans are all about.”
Kobach and his family happened to be out-of-town when the demonstrators arrived. Video showed the protesters arriving in four buses – and then marching through the neighborhood. They left behind 20 pairs of shoes at his doorstep – representing illegals who’ve been deported.
Kobach has built a national profile presenting tough policies on illegal immigration issues. He and his family apparently weren’t home during the protest at his home.
“You don’t go to a public official’s home and try to intimidate him because of the positions he’s taken,” he said.
A receptionist at Sunflower Community Action told Fox News they would be releasing a statement to the press later today.
Kobach said he was especially troubled to learn that it took police at least 15 minutes to respond to his house.
“You have a mob of 200 people gathering on someone’s property and it takes the police 15 minutes to get there,” he said. “That doesn’t give you a whole lot of confidence either. I shudder to think what would have happened if one of those members of the mob had tried to break into the house.”
He also feared what would have happened had he been home with his wife and four young daughters.
“On a typical Saturday, my four girls would have been riding their bikes and coloring chalk in the driveway,” he said. “That’s where they play. If four buses pulled up and the mob started marching down upon them, they would have been absolutely terrified.”
The secretary of state is a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment – and he said the incident at his home is an example of why Americans should bear arms.
“If we had been in the home and not been armed, I would have felt very afraid – because it took the police 15 minutes to show up,” he said. “It’s important we recognize there’s a reason we have the Second Amendment. There are situations like this where you have a mob and you do need to be able to protect yourself.”
He said had they been home and the mob had gotten out of hand, his family would have been in “grave jeopardy.”
“The Second Amendment is the private property owner’s last resort,” he said.
Kobach said he’s asked local police and the county attorney to investigate the incident. He believes a number of laws were violated including terrorizing a public official.
The county attorney did not return calls seeking comment.
Kobach said he will not be silenced by the weekend mob-action.
“My views are set and I’m determined to do what I can to restore the rule of law,” he said. “Let’s obey our laws and not give amnesty to illegal aliens.”
And he also leveled a warning to would-be protesters.
“Don’t come to my home and don’t scare my family,” he said.

Amendment Would Allow Illegal Aliens to ‘‘Ride’’ Into U.S. on Giant Conveyor Belts

conveyor__side_pic_header.jpg

by Denise Half-Black-Half-What-Non-Biased-Female, DP staff
Thursday. June 27, 2013,
(WASHINGTON) —With sweeping legislation giving illegal aliens a “pathway to citizenship” about to pass the Senate, a prominent
conveyor__side_pic_header.png
Republican and member of the “Gang of 8” has tacked on one of the most bizarre and controversial amendments to the bill yet.

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), introduced an eleventh hour amendment to the bill which would create dozens of giant conveyor belts to shuttle illegal immigrants from Mexico into the U.S. Graham described the conveyor belts as “humanitarian gestures” and “life-saving necessities,” as hundreds of people crossing into the United States die of exhaustion and dehydration every year in the treacherous Mojave Desert or drown in the Rio Grande. The amendment would also forbid any U.S. law enforcement agent of any kind from being at the receiving end of the 20 to 50 miles–long conveyor belts, allowing as many undocumented persons from unknown lands to “convey” themselves into the United States as possible.
“Not only would these conveyor belts save lives; lives of family members of many undocumented immigrants we have living in the shadows today,” said Sen. Graham on the Senate floor, Thursday morning, “but they would be solar-powered, too, thereby helping the environment.”
If the amendment is allowed to remain, about 96 giant conveyor belts, some stretching as long as 100 miles to keep illegals from crossing scorching terrain and dangerous waters, would be built in a joint effort between Mexico and the U.S. They would be peppered throughout the 3,100–mile–wide U.S.–Mexican border, allowing Mexicans and other Latin America peoples (along with a Middle Eastern terrorist or two…but who cares, you know?) to simply hop on and ride their way comfortably to the great American promise land.
Beginning as deep in Mexico as its city of Nuevo Casas Grandes and extending as far into the U.S. as Silver City, TX, the conveyor belts will undoubtedly save many people seeking better lives in the
bordercrossers_rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.png
U.S., as well as give them comfortable passage for their journey.

Fellow Republican senator Rand Paul, an outspoken critic of the immigration reform bill, is already expressing his shock and displeasure with the conveyor belt amendment. “So now instead of securing the borders we’re going to allow illegals to literally be shuttled, ‘dumped’ into the country from Mexico, just like they were inanimate objects, like vegetables –potatoes, cabbage? …More like jalapenos.”
Sen. Paul (R-KY) said the idea of conveyor belts shuttling illegal aliens into the U.S. from south of the border was anything than the “tighter border security” many had hoped to get out of the bill, as well as being degrading to those crossing the border, as “a conveyor belt would demean and reduce the dignity of people to that a chattel,” according to the Kentucky senator.
Also and ironically shocked by the conveyor belt proposal was Janet Murguía, President and CEO of La Raza, a prominent pro-amnesty advocacy group. Said Murguía in response to Sen. Graham’s amendment Thursday morning, “We’ve had issues with some of the bill’s provisions, like making undocumented immigrants pay a fine, earn green cards, take citizenship tests, go through background checks, learn English or do anything that in any way contributes to society. But this ‘conveyor belt amendment’ is certainly a sweetening component to a rather disappointing bill.” Immigrant rights groups estimate that the conveyor belts could help an extra 2.5 million undocumented immigrants, mainly from Latin America, come across the border in safety each year, a fact the Senator Graham and other Republicans in the Senate’s notorious “Gang of Eight” see as enduring Hispanics to the GOP eventually, give or take 150 years.
Said Florida Senator Marco Rubio to reporters shortly after Sen. Graham’s proposed amendment, “We (Republicans) have to win over Hispanics if we are to survive as a party. We must make concessions and compromise. That’s why we’ve given illegals living the U.S. a vigorous pathway to citizenship and secured the borders… Why, tell me what’s not secure about 100 giant solar-powered conveyor belts shuttling untold millions of strangers into the United States every year, never to be officially documented or kept track of thereafter? I want to know: what’s not ‘secure’ about that?!”
“I don’t know about the rest of my Republican colleagues,” continued Sen. Rubio, “but I have read the Constitution word-for-word, and nowhere do I see where the Founding Fathers were not in favor of giant conveyor belts dumping as many illegal immigrants as possible into the country, with no hope for assimilation. …So let’s be clear: to be ‘anti-conveyor’ is to be ‘anti-immigrant’, and immigrants are what build this nation!”
rubio_conveyor_llllllllllllllllllll.png
Adding to the reasons others are dissenting from the conveyor belt amendment is who will strangely profit from it —Lamar H. Singleton, a college roommate of Sen. Graham’s from the University of South Carolina and brother in his fraternity, Pi Kappa Phi. If the bill eventually becomes law Singleton, 58, and his company, Crazy for Conveyors, Inc., stand to make over 289 million dollars. Singleton’s brother-in-law, Mark Dermont, CEO of Southwest Solar, the company that has agreed to power the conveyor belts stands to earn around 410 million dollars in government subsidies if the conveyor amendment rides itself through with the rest of the immigration bill. Such blaringly close ties to Senator Graham’s “conveyor amendment” have voices of both parties crying corruption. “As usual,” said Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA), “Republicans are all for immigration reform and conveyor belts…but only when it only financially benefits them and their cronies.”

John Stossel, a libertarian columnist, reporter, and regular Fox News contributor slammed the “conveyor amendment” on his Facebook page Thursday afternoon. “Liberals want open borders and illegal immigration for so-called humanitarian reasons and perceived sins of the past, White guilt, etc., while conservatives want illegals just as much, but for cheap labor. Either way it puts our country on nothing but one big conveyor belt to increased poverty, balkanization, and the loss of societal cohesion the cacophony of over-diversification has always brought to nations that have tried it.”
Despite those opposing Lindsey Graham’s conveyor belt proposal, it seems that if the Senate’s immigration reform bill passes and is approved by the House of Representatives, roughly 100 giant conveyor belts can be expected connecting the U.S. and Mexico by 2015, all moving in one direction: north.
Senator Ted Cruz, who has been one of the most outspoken opponents of immigration reform, has kept oddly silent on the conveyor belt proposal thus far. Instead of verbal railing, the Texas Republican has proposed a similar amendment, allowing conveyor belts to be built around the shore lines of America, leading miles out into the ocean, so decent, law-abiding Americans can ride out, drop off, and drown themselves rather than live in a nation that both parties now seem hell-bent on turning into anything but the one in which they grew up.

July 15th in Washington, D.C.: Anti-Amnesty March and Rally
Although this is not a NumbersUSA event, we are forwarding information to members who may be interested in attending.

Dear activist,
The Black American Leadership Alliance (BALA) has organized an anti-amnesty march and rally -- the DC March for Jobs -- in Washington, D.C. on Monday, July 15th. The goal is to "demand that our leaders reject amnesty, enforce immigration laws as written, and support policies that put black U.S. citizens back to work."
As their web site notes, if the Gang of Eight's immigration bill is enacted, it "will be costly for all Americans, but will harm black American workers more than any other group. Mass immigration and amnesty puts those poorest Americans from all walks of life out of work and suppresses wages, causing them to compete with aliens willing to work in poorer working conditions for cheaper pay. When 22 million Americans are either out of work or unemployed, now is no time to further over-saturate the labor force with increased immigration levels and amnesty. If Congress doesn't stop this irresponsible legislation, the United States will continue to see more and more Americans of all races out of jobs and on the streets."
The list of speakers for the event includes:
Former Rep. Alan West (Fla.);
Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.);
State Sen. Elbert Guillory (R-La.);
Frank Morris, former Executive Director of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation;
Mike Cutler, former INS Agent; and
Dennis Michael Lynch, filmmaker .
What: DC March for Jobs
When: Monday, July 15, 2013 -- 9:30 a.m.
Where: Starts at Freedom Plaza in Washington, DC
For more information, visit https://www.numbersusa.com/content/action/dc-march-jobs.html
Alternatively, you can call 202-349-0858 or send an email to info@blackallianceorg.org
Look for a list of State Organizers on the site. Your state may already have a delegation planning to attend.

[h=5]Things Liberals Hate
[/h][h=5]OK guys. It's rant time. If this doesn't PISS you off then nothing will. Just to show you how stupid Liberals are, this won't piss them off and they will still be all for amnesty for illegals...even though these illegals are ripping them off too! I posted this video a while back, (see WTHR link below. WATCH all of the videos, but especially Part I) and it made my blood boil then. I've wondered if anything has been done to stop this massive fraud?

Apparently not. Check out this story I saw in today's paper...buried in the back pages. (see WNCT link below) And why is this buried in the back pages? Why is tax fraud of this scale NOT headlining every national news show? Because the Liberal media does not want to shine any sort of negative light on the amnesty issue right now; that's why. This is outrageous folks. This is OUR money going to these worthless PsOS! $7 million to one address in Raleigh NC!! $46 million to one address in Atlanta!! How much more is being siphoned that we DON'T know about?? This CANNOT be unintentional!! Nobody can make this kind of accounting error and it not be known! Hell, even the Post Office has to know something is up when 20k freaking Government envelops are going to the same address!! And you know the vast majority of that money is going directly back to Mexico! This economic subversion has GOT to stop!! We have to ring our legislator's phones off the hook and burn their emails up!! This is ridiculous!! No damn wonder they're flooding across the border!! Can you blame them? I mean really??

Which brings me to this whole amnesty deal. This type of brazen crime, and economic usurpation cannot be rewarded with citizenship! I say SECURE THE BORDER!! NOW!! We have the capabilities. To hell with these lily livered RINO's who are backing amnesty; as long as the border is secured. I say, to hell with that; just secure the damn border! Period! If it could be done conditionally; then it could be done by itself! But knowing our current leaders, they would love nothing more than to spend billions more to hire more border patrol agents and massive amounts of money on infrastructure and technology, all to let them still pour across afterwards. These people want our economy to crash!! And everything negative that they can allow brings them one step closer to that goal!! The IRS has to go!! These people make King George III's England look like a monastery of self denying monks!! Talk about oppression!! Our government is SELLING US OUT!! And they refuse to answer questions!! What the hell is it going to take for the Sleeping Giant to awaken? He is freaking dead?? Hello out there??!! ~ Buck

[h=1]Ron Paul: "If You Like The Surveillance State, You’ll Love E-Verify"[/h]

Submitted by Tyler Durden on 07/01/2013 22:58 -0400

Submitted by Ron Paul via The Free Foundation blog,
From massive NSA spying, to IRS targeting of the administration's political opponents, to collection and sharing of our health care information as part of Obamacare, it seems every day we learn of another assault on our privacy. Sadly, this week the Senate took another significant, if little-noticed, step toward creating an authoritarian surveillance state. Buried in the immigration bill is a national identification system called mandatory E-Verify.
The Senate did not spend much time discussing E-Verify, and what little discussion took place was mostly bipartisan praise for its effectiveness as a tool for preventing illegal immigrants from obtaining employment. It is a tragedy that mandatory E-Verify is not receiving more attention, as it will impact nearly every American’s privacy and liberty.
The mandatory E-Verify system requires Americans to carry a “tamper-proof” social security card. Before they can legally begin a job, American citizens will have to show the card to their prospective employer, who will then have to verify their identity and eligibility to hold a job in the US by running the information through the newly-created federal E-Verify database. The database will contain photographs taken from passport files and state driver's licenses. The law gives federal bureaucrats broad discretion in adding other “biometric” identifiers to the database. It also gives the bureaucracy broad authority to determine what features the “tamper proof” card should contain.
Regardless of one’s views on immigration, the idea that we should have to ask permission from the federal government before taking a job ought to be offensive to all Americans. Under this system, many Americans will be denied the opportunity for work. The E-Verify database will falsely identify thousands as "ineligible," forcing many to lose job opportunities while challenging government computer inaccuracies. E-Verify will also impose additional compliance costs on American businesses, at a time when they are struggling with Obamacare implementation and other regulations.
According to David Bier of Competitive Enterprise Institute, there is nothing stopping the use of E-Verify for purposes unrelated to work verification, and these expanded uses could be authorized by agency rule-making or executive order. So it is not inconceivable that, should this bill pass, the day may come when you are not be able to board an airplane or exercise your second amendment rights without being run through the E-Verify database. It is not outside the realm of possibility that the personal health care information that will soon be collected by the IRS and shared with other federal agencies as part of Obamacare will also be linked to the E-Verify system.
Those who dismiss these concerns as paranoid should consider that the same charges were leveled at those who warned that the PATRIOT Act could lead to the government collecting our phone records and spying on our Internet usage. Just as the PATRIOT Act was only supposed to be used against terrorists but is now used to bypass constitutional protections in matters having noting to do with terrorism or national security, the national ID/mandatory E-Verify database will not only be used to prevent illegal immigrants from gaining employment. Instead, it will eventually be used as another tool to monitor and control the American people.
The recent revelations of the extent of National Security Agency (NSA) spying on Americans, plus recent stories of IRS targeting Tea Party and similar groups for special scrutiny, demonstrates the dangers of trusting government with this type of power. Creation of a federal database with photos and possibly other “biometric” information about American citizens is a great leap forward for the surveillance state. All Americans who still care about limited government and individual liberty should strongly oppose E-Verify
