Do these MUs exist anywhere else other than a couple, which happen to match DB this week, but rarely do tthey have more than one DB MU, IOW, product no one else has, same thing for their F1 MUS and same thing for their horse racing MUS, and you can goto TS and bang your head against the wall trying to get off bedfore WSEX moves the market, so you want to trumpet the straddles, excluding the juice? By the time you get down on the right side you already paid too much, and it's for chump change at that.

Besides they are a dime line book with not middle of the road spreads, think i care why they run poker promos? Instead they should filter that money thru advertisers, so it ends up in the same player's hands but diluted?

If you don't like the place don't bet there, just don't kid yourself and think there's a comparable substitute out there.

I have played offshore for 7-8 years starting with a Carib phone account. Wsex has been there all the way, I have never heard, not even once, of a slow or no pay. They are never involved with any conterversy. They have been innovative, their interactive system is the cats ass that many books have tried to copy without success. I consider them a must out all year round, but they are my favorite for pro hoops.

As for the juice on their lines, I agree they gauge a bit, but I find value with their lines on baseball all the time. They don't give away the store with bonuses nor do they offer low juice, but they have fair lines on straight wagers and give a free Neteller withdrawal every 10 days, for me that's perfect.

Right now I can easily say that Pinnacle and Canbet are my favorite books, but Wsex is top five and anyone that isn't using them is missing out.

Are they slow in corresponding with customers questions?
I sent them a cashiers check earlier this week (Global express DHL)
I ask for help with their on-line operator and all I get is : We'll credit your acct. when we know the check is good".
I gave them the tracking # and all....but no response today.
Anyone else have this kind of problem?

Not that specific problem, but I've said several times that their customer service is atrocious, and your problem is just a further indication of that.

Wsex is kind of like the "Big Bank" that charges a little bit more for everything in exchange for their stability.

Does anyone have any idea how many active accounts they have? I'd say a TON-and many of them have probably been long time accounts who will not leave....at least for now.

Lots of suckers play at wsex

They are in my top ten but when my new list comes out they will be about 18th, still not bad but a downward trend.

2) Where is the old list?
3) How long is the list (if WSEX going to be 18th)?

There seems to be a lot of discontentment regarding their tennis offering.

First, they were never a cheap tennis book, they always had higher then avg juice in tennis. The difference now is the juice is astronomical and all their numbers are middle of the road. No need for a rocket scientist to conclude tennis is a sharpies sport, and rather then waste time and effort in an area where one could expect limited success at best, they offer it as a convenience and spent those resources elsewhere.

I have a thread with a couple hundred tennis bets across the street, that was generated by using any player that WSEX had the best price on. It came out about breakeven, overcoming the steep juice but not profiting, the point is if it was break even with no knowledge, how could they possibly have been making money booking tennis the way they used to?

BTW does PINN allow tennis parlays yet?

JJ keep in mind before sending WSEX to the bottom of the list,

that they offer horseracing MUS twice a week and pay full track odds on all WPS, unlike many offshore books.

Sodium I only E-horse for offshore horses and have never ever seem to understand why anyone would place a wager anywhere else.

Maybe if your a quinella bettor, Greek. I believe they have them for all tracks and all races.

Good Luck

Couple reasons I play with them.

1. I feel they are very solid. They have been around a while, and with Steve, I feel my money is safe.

2. Unique bet offerings. As SP V said their secondary sport matchups are often unique.

3. Interactives. This could be a number one reason for a lot of people. I don't play them as much as many, but they still make this book quite valuable.

4. Futures. Other books big books (OLY, Carib, etc) might keep their odds up more or offer more futures, but WSEX future do at times offer value even for those who shop.

5. Poker Room. Like to support an offshore book that is expanding into new areas. Their poker room can be a little dead at times, but they keep working on it.

6. Support the book that supports Jay Cohen. The guy was active in this and other forums, helped posters out, stood up for the right of sports books to operate legally in another country, and went to jail for his belief.

I don't play with them all the time, but that is why I bet with WSEX.

WSEX interactives are great. How can a bettor not have them in their arsenal? To say you no longer like them because they have high vigorish on tennis match-ups is absurd. Like I said, they are an opinionated sportsbook which means value to some players. And they won't throw you out for winning.

Batistuta,

Good job on the letter and I, too, would be interested in seeing a response.

I think not answering emails from customers is a terribly impolite thing to do and I see little difference between this and deliberately not speaking into the telephone after someone asked a difficult question. If a sportsbook did the second one there would be all kinds of complaints against it but it looks like some people are slow to realize that email is a legitimate form of communication as well.

I have said good things about WSEX before and I still think they are a good shop but the way they are handling your very reasonable inquiry is outright shameful.
