country week...this will suit some just fine, but people like Lil Rounds and Adam Lambert might struggle a little....not enough to leave, but they might show some weakness.....this has been the week that has helped vault some of the contenders into the limelight as well....when Carrie underwood got her shot, she was the frontrunner from then on......

well here's the original version of that song, that i like so much...but u can see how bouncy and fun it was originally made to be....she just sang it too heavy to me and too rock n roll..

well no offense, but if this version of a Johnny Cash classic is being sung by THE AMERICAN IDOl then i need to find a new show to watch...this is painful..

I understand the guy has some talent, but this is just awful.....and has NOTHING TO DO WITH GRAND OLE OPRY week...its as if he's saying, screw your theme, i'll sing the words in a totally different genre of music....
