our family was always up early. so the cooks in our family made one hell of a breakfast spread all by scratch. miss homemade biscuits and gravy,homemade potatoes, so on and so forth.

Grew up as a kid having oyster stew on Christmas Eve. Now I rarely ever so rarely have it anymore as my wife can’t stand the smell of it. Another piece of my life stripped away ha ha. Have changed it up over the years doing things like chili, roast, taverns, spicy potato soup or just eating out.

I've thrown baby backs on the smoker a few times for Christmas if the weather isn't too cold. Most likely lasagna this year.

Switching it up this year. Beef Wellington with herb roasted potatoes and asparagus with a buerre blanc sauce.

Hell yea!!

Doing a venison tenderloin myself. Maybe I should turn it into a Wellington too. Nah, let’s do one this weekend, and one for Christmas...
