One year we just didn't feel like cooking so we went out for Peking duck ala A Christmas Story. Was a great meal. Would consider it again.

always do the 7 fish christmas eve and usually turkey and gnocchi on christmas but doing the ham thing instead as we're a little turkeyed-out tomorrow.

I like doing a prime rib roast... Some kinda crust on there (anything from coffee, to horshradish, or simple like a garlic paste). Hearty stews are nice too.

We usually do horseradish crusted beef tenderloin with mushroom risotto and some other sides. Love the leftover tenderloin sandwiches on rolls

have done the Italian feast in the past and always enjoyed. Have some great cooks in the family, so lucky there.

Always lasagne, braciole, and meatballs followed by the salad. Don't forget roasted chestnuts for christmas eve.

Switching it up this year. Beef Wellington with herb roasted potatoes and asparagus with a buerre blanc sauce.
