Look for the UGA TEs to be the difference in the game. They are talented and deep at that position. Malcolm Mitchell is playing lights out. UGA has a very good O line. For Bama to win this game, they will have to attack the young secondary of UGA.

UGA needs to stay balanced. The UGA backfield is underrated thus far. Everyone knows about Chubb....but SM is a stud.

i was sitting in 117 and the HC of Warner Robbins (sp?) HS was behind me. From the moment i got there he was pimping up these UGA tight ends and #46 (fb or h-back?) and needless to say he was very disappointed in all of them...starting with the terrible drop by #46 on the easy rollout pass.

Bama DLine (I'll say it again...best Dline in school history since scholarship reductions) surprisingly owned the great UGA oline and continually batted down balls and pushed guys back in Lambert's face. Very difficult to win when the Oline gets their ass kicked but game would have been very different if UGA could have capitalized on some of that early field possession advantage.

btw, UGA fans get a very bad rap. I've been to two UGA games (SEC title game in Atlanta, "red out" on Saturday) and they are some of the most knowledgeable and cordial fans I have met. great experience, great atmosphere, cool campus, great stadium ... awful weather :)

congrats to all the alabama backers. It was an impressive win. Alabama won on so many fronts.

I for one thought the UGa TE's and their OL would hold their own. I over estimated them. I do think the weather impacted UGa more but I was surprised to find out that they had practiced all week in the elements. UGa gave away 17 points on picks, blocked kicks and poor field position, similar to the Bama game against Ol Miss though.

no actually you come on here every week predicting alabama's desmise so that one day, years from now, you can act like you knew when it was going to occur. yawn

you simply can't look at a bama game objectively so stop trying

and there was very little similarity between bama/miss and uga/bama. UGA had all the 1Q advantages. First drive started on Bama 42 after the Henry fumble, 2nd drive at UGA 43, 3rd drive moved it into 1st and goal and got their ass pushed back. Ole Miss never stopped Bama while UGA couldn't move the ball. Even with the meaningless Chubb TD down 38-3 UGA could not read 300 yards of offense. Bama put up over 500 on Miss.

Bama will lose another game this year (aTm?) and you will be right back on here saying "i told you so". until then keep whining about where Bama gets ranked in preseason yet still finishes every year with double digit wins

Roll tide, you know my Bama analysis well from these past years, and I normally agree with all your comments...but I don't believe we will lose another regular season. I do think we will lose to Georgia in the dome in the SEC championship game if they make it there though.
