Who is running the Clippers currently? Sterling?? The NBA?? Ballmer?? They have made some moves. Think Sterling has been in on those moves? Think Ballmer has?
Point is, they were sold. Sterling agreed there would be no lawsuit. Those were both reported on in the media for days. The sale was done. Then he changed his mind, just like he did about selling in the 1st place. Multiple times. When you are unstable, with early Onset of Dementia, that's what you do, sadly.
So have they been sold? Depends on who you ask, and what media you subscribe to.

Lol, that's the funny thing. The team has been sold and is pending review. The fact that there was this hiccup with this Trust that no one envisioned at the time is hilarious. There is really nothing left to talk about the situation unless the judge rules against Shelley Sterling selling the team. Otherwise, there is a contractual obligation to sell the team.
