I have been on this forum everyday for exactly 3 years tomorrow...I have seen posts disappear for 10-20 minutes then re-appear...I just find it peculiar that this comes up now is all...I'm certainly not saying that DNoonan didn't lose a post...if that is what he saw then it must be fact...

Greenhead you're right 100% of course...the point was threads disappear temporarily at times, if a Mod edits something in it...that is all i can think that may have happened....

Jman, I really don't want to make more of this than it is, and was about to post the opinion that the thread had run its course. Then Noonan posts. Surely you can see how this looks to an outsider, can't you? There's no harm in people asking for explanations.
If Wil has the ability to search for and find deleted threads, as I believe you both indicated in the RR thread earlier, then why not just find the deleted post(s) and put them where they were originally posted?

No, it is just a coincedence, that when you stink it up the posts vanish, Houdini like. Or accidentally get deleted. I am sure DNoonan is just another FROGGITE. J-man, you have always entertained, with some great real life stories. In your 3 years I have lost track of how many white tennis shoes you have gone through. But this is different. A business collectively is above and beyond any one employee's popularity. No one has it in for you, least of all me. But you are a moderator, and have post manipulation powers. And in this forum, it is a huge power. You seem to be a great guy, and highly entertaining. But you fucked up, and cannot spin out of that no matter what. People are generally forgiving, but let me tell you, like my past poster tag, be prepared to be the post deleter and record falsifier for some time. You cannot hide behind the other mods and sadly, the damage has been done. We all screw up, no doubt. But if a screw up is just overlooked, the issue becomes a lot deeper and stickier. There are no agendas. This is not dogpile on the J-man. Diversionary tactics will not work either. It is difficult to look into a man's soul, to see what is there. But it is much easier to see what transpires after the event. Not the RX's finest hour.
