The Globe today wrote a lengthy piece about the battle over his suicide notes without mentioning anything regarding a male lover or his sexual orientation. Again, this speaks volumes about their reporting.

Right. But now that he is an innocent man it is as if the conviction or trial never happened. As if he never killed Odin. So how can the families still sue the estate for wrongful death? My understanding is that this law is old as fuck and not sure if any other state abides by it. That conviction that they won with proof is taken away. You know more than me as a lawyer, but from what I read it seems as if the victims family has a better chance of getting money from the Patriots, than getting money from the Hernandez estate now. That's why Odin Lloyd's mother is going after the Patriots before that money goes to the Hernandez estate, and then she can't sue.

He fucked the system.
