You should. I bet he hates Radical Islamist terrorists more than you ever could. Why can't Muhammad represent the average Muslim in your mind, rather than some evil idiot with a suicide vest that's splashed all over the news? That's really all it takes.

Guesser you are really blind as to why Islam is not liked by the West. It is not simply suicide vests. It is the beliefs of Islam that is disliked and the threat is brings to western culture and values, don.t be so foolishly blind to think is is just due to terrorism. Terrorism let the Islamic genie out of the bottle, iot enabled people to notice Islam for the first time and to note what was going on.

A end to Islamic terrorism will not now be able to change the awareness that people now have. It will never return to pre terrorist levels. Western civilisation now wants a end to Sharia law, to female genital mutilation, to honor killings, to polygamy, to child brides.

The ending of terrorism will now no longer be enough.

Eueopeans have witnessed the sexual abuse of their women, the eroding of their culture and values, the end to terrorism will not be enough. Only acceptance of the law of the country over Sharia and the acceptance of Western culture and values, will suffice. It will not be enough to say we have put down the gun, lets carry on as before. It can never get back to what it was before.

The Religion doesn't do that Gassy. Sick people that misinterpret things and try and force their beliefs upon others, within it do, just like the Sick Christians who won't give out a Marriage License or Bomb Abortion centers or disobey other laws do. I blame the individual, not the Religion. I don't blame all washed up Hockey Goons because you have fucked up views.

It is no longer just about terrorism. It is now about Islam. People are now aware of Islam, many people had not heard of the Quran, not heard of the Sunni, Shia, not heard of Imams not noticed the number of Mosques, not heard of female genital mutilation, honor killings, segregation of women, child brides, kufar, etc, etc, etc.

Now people are more aware, they now see the negative influence on their culture, and values, that Islam brings. No group in the history of immigration to the US and Europe has ever had such a antithesis to Western values that Islamic migrants have.

The Irish came, the Chinese , the Vietnamese etc etc etc. They did not come and try to change the way of life of the country, they recognised the law and culture and values. Islamic migration is so totally different, so totally different, so arrogantly trying to change the values and culture and rub out the history.

Look at the state of the countries they have come from, they are not democracies. Look at Pakistan, look at Africa, look at the Middle East. look how they live, look at their culture, look how they treat women, look at Sharia . Who in their right mind would want that in their country.

Guesser has the right to believe whatever he wants. Most everyone here is Right of him. I feel comfortable with my own views being reasonably Right of him. Still others here are far Right of me. Anyhow no use continuing to pummel TG in post after post for an opinion to which he's going to adhere anyway. The only thing that might change his mind are events yet to unfold.

Zit you have a sensitive situation with your friend. You have to decide if your curiousity is worth it. And you have to be prepared in the event that you do not get the response you are hoping for. The best way to do it I think would be approaching him after a game and saying, "Hey, I have a sensitive subject to ask you about; got a few minutes?" What you really are trying to find out I suppose is if he is a follower of sharia law, or whether he is an American patriot first. You can go slow by asking him where he was born, if he prays 5X a day, etc. By his reactions you'll know whether to keep going. Or you can just ask him straight out.

True. However an incident like the following will occur.

1) A gang of refugees from a Muslim country grope a bunch of women
2) A bunch of skinheads 'respond' by beating up a Muslim family who are not radical and have fit into their mixed community for many years. Maybe they kill a Muslim store owner and sexually assault his daughter.

-Multiply these type incidents by 100

Sounds like a scene from American History X.

Even moderate Islamic values don't mix well with the West. Some cultures just can't assimilate.. it is what it is.

I used to live right near little Somalia in Minneapolis. Most of these of these people have been there since the mid 90s. That's 20 years to get their shit together and assimilate in American culture. Nope, they still cluck their own language and keep to themselves. It has also been a prime recruiting grounds for ISIS.

In 2009, a Somali man who left Minneapolis joined al-Shabab and blew himself up in a suicide bombing at an Ethiopian consulate in Somalia, killing 24 people. He was one of three Somali Americans to carry out a suicide attack. Al-Shabab also claimed three Americans were involved in the September 2013 attack on the Westgate Mall in Nairobi, Kenya, a claim that law enforcement officials have been unable to verify.
“We actually brought his body parts back here and buried him because he was a refugee who became a U.S. citizen,” Corcoran said of the 2009 suicide bomber. “We gave him a proper Muslim burial in Minneapolis after he had blown people up and taken so many people with him. That’s the height of political correctness.”

But yeah, let's compare these animals to the occasional lone wolf "Christian" who shoots up an abortion clinic. Head out of ass, The Guesser.

No it won’t. Lets say there are 50 terrorist attacks involving 2500 Muslims here in the U.S.

He will counter that there are 2.75 million Muslims in the country and those 2500 are not representative of the Muslim faith.

That’s how it works.

Protesters have let off an explosive outside a police station in Kos, in the latest of a series attacks on officers which have included firebombs, flares and firecrackers.
Dozens of protesters also clashes with police on the island this weekend during a rally opposing a controversial migrant and refugee screening centre, construction of which is already underway.
Four teams of riot police were sent to the eastern Aegean island on Friday to guard the disused army camp at Pyli, which is being converted into the screening centre.

Fury: Riot police clash with locals in Pyli, outside the military camp where Greek authorities are building a controversial migrant and refugee screening centre

Aggression: Tyres burn outside the military camp, which is being guarded by four teams of riot police after violent protests over the construction of the centre broke out

On Sunday, six youths aged between 17 and 24 were arrested for launching attacks on riot squads, before the explosive went off on Monday afternoon.
Attacks on police officers have become so common that the officers’ union expressed fears that the situation on the island may go the way of Keratea – a Greek town where months-long protests and attacks on officers prevented the construction of a landfill site.

Protests were also reported close to the northern city of Thesaloniki on Sunday, and rival protests in Pireaus, close to Athens, on Monday.
It has been decided that a referendum will be held as to whether to continue the construction of the centre.
Kos Mayor Giorgos Kyritsis said: ‘Since government officials and the local MP believe that the citizens of Kos are in favour of [the centre], I have instructed the municipality’s general director to explore the procedures for an immediate local referendum so that citizens can decide whether they are in favour or opposed to [the centre] that is being constructed.’
Pressure is being piled on Greece by EU partners to open five such screening centres by next week, or risk being excluded from the passport-free travel of the Schengen zone.

Clashes: Pressure is mounting on Greece to open five screening centres by next week's deadline, with EU partners threatening to exclude it from the Schengen zone if it can't exercise control over the incoming wave of asylum-seekers landing on its shores

Pressure: Greece announced this week that it will meet the deadline for the centres. The country was the main gateway to Europe for more than a million refugees and migrants who reached the EU last year

Greece announced this week that it would have the migrant and refugee screening centres up and running by next week.
Defence Minister Panos Kammenos said Greece would meet a mid-month deadline to complete the five centres – also known as ‘hot spots’ – on the islands, as well as two relocation centres on the mainland.
‘The Defence Ministry has undertaken a pledge to complete the work for the centres by February 15,’ Mr Kammenos told reporters.
But Greek authorities are struggling to cope with the increasing flow of asylum-seekers arriving on its islands, while still navigating an exit from one of the worst debt crises in decades.
Greece was the main gateway to Europe for more than a million refugees and migrants who reached the EU last year.
It has been criticised for failing to control the flow of arrivals, with just one centre, on the island of Lesbos, currently open.

[h=1]Europe builds another wall: Macedonia erects second barrier of razor wire to stem the human tide from Greece[/h]
  • New fence is being built parallel to an existing one in attempt to stem influx of asylum-seekers to Balkan country
  • More than 68,000 refugees have been registered entering Macedonia since the beginning of the year
  • Anxious EU leaders pledged to increase security at the Greek-Macedonian frontier sending more police officers
  • Twenty-four migrants, including 11 children, drowned on Monday as they tried to cross Aegean from Turkey

Macedonia has begun building a new razor-wire fence parallel to an existing one on its border with Greece to make it harder for migrants to enter the Balkan country.
Since November only refugees from Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq have been allowed to cross the border on their journey to western Europe, but migrants from other countries have still tried to get across.
'The idea is to send a message to migrants that there is a double fence so give up crossing illegally,' a senior army official said.

The European Commission last month pledged to increase security at the Greek-Macedonian frontier, where there are currently more than 60 police officers from other countries to help control the influx

More than 68,000 refugees have been registered entering Macedonia since the beginning of the year, and police say they stopped about 4,000 people trying to cross illegally in January alone.
The European Commission last month pledged to increase security at the Greek-Macedonian frontier, where there are currently more than 60 police officers from other countries to help control the influx.
Recently Macedonia has intermittently closed the border to refugees and it is now allowing across only those wishing to go to Germany or Austria, following similar decisions further along the migrant trail.

Macedonian Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki said in January that his government had no intention to fully close the border, but would coordinate with the European Union and 'do whatever necessary' to help solve the crisis.
The new fence will be at a distance of five metres (16 feet) from the one erected in November on both sides of the border crossing for refugees at Gevgelija, the army official said.
He refused to say how long the new fence would be, but local media reported that it would stretch for more than 30 kilometres (19 miles) along the frontier.

Czech police officers with a dog observe the border between Greece and Macedonia. The new razor-wire fence will make it harder for migrants to enter the Balkan country

Lence Zdravkin, an aid worker in Gevgelija, said the situation had become 'a bit tense' since authorities began building the new fence.
Meanwhile Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz, on a visit to Sarajevo, praised Macedonia for its efforts to slow down the flow of people, adding that the Greek government 'did not help much in this area'.
'We want to make it easier for Macedonia and support it as well as other countries because they are not capable of stopping the migrant crisis on their own,' Kurz told reporters.
Twenty-four migrants, including 11 children, drowned in the Aegean Sea on Monday as they tried to cross from Turkey to Greece, a Turkish news agency said, following the deaths of more than 360 in the Mediterranean in January.
Bulgarian authorities said Sunday that two female migrants found dead in a rural mountainous region of the country had died due to freezing conditions.

The European way of life cannot be sacrificed for people who are incapable of building up their own Countries and who cannot even be bothered to try to fight for them.

Send the bill for the new fence to: A. Merkel, Cloud Cuckoo Land.
