I never made a wrong bet and I mentioned I was in law school while being a father to explain to you fellow posters I have no reason to bullshit around with some company on the internet for no reason as it is a waste of time, anyone who has a business, job, or is a father knows exactly what I am talking about.

Heritage froze my account so I cannot post a screen shot of the 1000 dollars I bet on the Saints.

I had no axe to grind until they kept doing this shit and finally got all my money off there so this is why it was finally brought up - I showed them the screen shot when this first happened and they said it didn't matter so I deleted it.

If they unlock my account - one of the moderators can sign on there and see I won a TON of money, and yes I did bet 1,000 dollars on the Saints money line.

Half the people posting in here are attacking me with Ad hominems becacause they work for Heritage and this is bad news to get out. They thought they could lie to me and steal money from me and get away with it because I am just some random person in the USA. If more people stood up to companies when they do this shit then it would no longer occur.

I made a claim with the company Defying gave me, and I assume they will contact me soon. I guarantee Heritage will not unlock my account because it will show I am not lying - if a mod wants my information - I will give them it with no issue.

I will wait on a moderator to contact me to post in this thread after this post.

To the guys who are posting this thread from Heritage - you can attack me all you want, but I will post this story all over the net at every gambling forum there is and you MAY keep the money you stole from me but I guarantee the bad advertisement will cost you more money than you gained. GL

You said you took a screen shots of your bets. They save on your computer, not to any website. Post them or you have no credibility

Hey,

I am posting this so other gamblers like myself do not fall victim to this website. I started gambling with Heritage in August after Bet Jamaica and The Greek closed shop, and our accounts were moved over to Heritage Gaming.

I bought in for 500 dollars and quickly ran this up to around 2,700 dollars USD and cashed it out. I bought back in for 1,000 and ran that up to around 4,000 dollars. This is when things start getting hairy, as my first check from them bounced for 1,500 dollars and my bank FREAKED OUT even though I had money to cover it.

Heritage claimed it was an error and while they did fix it they very next check they sent bounced as well, and they did fix that in their timely fashion, heh.

All good correct? No, that is not the case as I kept winning and I placed 1,000 dollars on the Saints moneyline vs Indianapolis Colts on MNF, which won, and I put another 500 on them second half, took a screen shot and watched with my fiance and my cousin.

When I returned to my account, it had been switched to Indiapolis Colts, showed screen shot, they said all internet bets are final, blah, blah.

I go on a tilt downswing, but quickly get it back, and keep cashing it out.

Three days ago, I cash out another $799 via WU, they tell me I have a free pay out, but I had an off feeling about the situation, I told them in the comment details, if this is NOT FREE do not cash out, guess what? They charged me 70 dollars even after telling me EXPLICITLY in their chat the day before that I had a free cashout, and then their fucking support who I talked to try to argue with me and say he never said that.

Good Staff. I left 770 in my acct, put 200 on Washington +8 today, and head to my job. I return home only to see it was changed to Washington +4.5. I lol'd and laughed about it.

If you're a winning player, don't even think about playing at this place as it is a god damn scam, and they will try to nickle and dime you every way possible to get their money back, even if it requires STEALING.

Screen shot or leave

If you say you deleted the screen shot, just restore it from your recycle bin, or did you empty the recycle bin?

Makes perfect sense that you deleted your screenshots:
You make screenshots, then they tell you your screenshots don't matter (why would they, any idiot can use paintshop nowadays) and you decide to bash heritage at any gambling forum by posting your story...
Why would you keep said screenshots, if you were going public? Makes perfect sense to delete them before posting them along with your story :ohno:

After looking into this matter, RateTheBooks.com has come to the conclusion that this player dispute is unwarranted.

In terms of the player's allegations, we spoke to Heritage and our findings are as follows:

There was a processing issue with this customer’s original payout and Heritage made immediate arrangements for 100% of the funds affected. The customer has no outstanding funds.

Heritage does give 1 free payout every 30 days with the method of the customer's choice, however, person to person transfers are only free when requested on Tuesday or Wednesday, as posted within the Heritage website in their banking section. The player was informed of this, but he still decided to make his request on a Friday and got his funds on a Saturday.

As for deleting or modifying bets, Heritage performed an internal audit and confirmed his wagers were placed by the player as listed. Internet access logs confirmed the player viewing the line, confirming the bet and a ticket number on the wager was generated.

We regret the player's decision to post his false allegations in The Rx Forum and this thread will be locked and moved to the Rubber Room.
