I did not LOSE money - I beat them for almost 5,000 dollars. This is when things started to get hairy, it is obvious you have a dog in the fight. The customer service for their website is also at times management so if you cannot trust their management / customer service who can you trust?
I learned this when I was told by Gabe that I had my free cashout - then when I spoke to "Management" it was Gabe and he claimed I was a liar.

You have to understand that Heritage has a great reputation... However, these matters will be taken seriously if you fille out a complaint form.

I also have concerns with Heritage. Similar situation with being transferred from Betjam. My question is it typical to be charged $70 for each $799 Western Union payout? I am okay with a ~$30 charge but the $70 seems excessive. I have also won at Heritage & have close to 10 k there. Thus, I will be charged ~ $800 to withdraw my remaining funds. They give you one "free" payout a month. I have had 2nd half bets there not accepted because of "line moves" - then betting closed after a 5 minute delay to allow start of game. Customer service seems nice enough but wonderin about the $70 per $799 withdrawal. That is like paying an extra 9% juice on winnings. Might as well go to TJ
Heritage exact words were "It does not matter if there is a screenshot or if it was changed any bet placed online is at the gamblers own risk"
Then they stated if I bet over the phone they could possibly review as they record calls but even then if there was an error it was the persons fault.
Scandalous business - just because something was reputable before does not mean it is today, the majority here seem to think life is static.
So, if Customer Service is telling me it is free and I do it and get charge it is because I am a fool. That is laughable - Yeah I got accepted into a top 25 law school because I am lacking in brain function - get back to the Clark County Jail (edited)

I've been using heritage since being transferred from thegreek. The only issue I've had is busy signals when calling in a wager. That has gotten better.
Payouts have been top notch. I've withdrawn about 8k or so last few months and haven't had a problem at all.
I hope none of what was said in op is true.
