so it looks like all betting on 5dimes has been suspended and all futures except MLB have been returned. I don't understand what they're doing with MLB futures like winning NL or winning WS as they are putting a 9/25 deadline to their system. Why are these still pending if team is likely in playoffs (or already clinched)?

My last couple of bitcoins from them took 2-3 days. I wasn't concerned as the site had stated when I made the payout request that due to covid ramifications (which I am assuming to mean less staff), all requests would take 48 to 96 hours. I imagine that might be a little longer with every U.S. player requesting a payout.

I have been waiting since 9/14 for my payout and when I go into the Live Chat they give me the same story....we are working 24/7 to get all the payouts processed. Total bs.

I am awaiting my payout as well. I cashed out $7,500 so we shall see if I get that. I honestly give it a 50/50 shot of me getting my money. I honestly would like to know how they have the bankroll to do this since all sports were for the most part shut down for a good part of the year. I will post if I get my money.

Hopefully that amount isn't so big that it will cause you any problems with 3rd party processors (I don't think it would be an issue for Bitcoin)

Here's a good article that talks a little more about what their intentions might be ….

https://www.onlinepokerreport.com/44384/why-is-5dimes-ending-service-to-us/

"Although the 5Dimes brand is leaving the market, it seems as if the company has other brands that will continue to serve US customers.

According to multiple reports on social media (Reddit, Twitter), 5Dimes customer support is instructing affected players to play at another offshore site, BetAnySports.

Not only does this site offer an identical suite of products to 5Dimes, but the text of many of its pages is a word-for-word copy of that on 5Dimes’s site. This includes, for instance, the entirety of its terms of service, its privacy policy and the description of its affiliate program.

BetAnySports, meanwhile, now has a balance transfer promotion in place. Players with an account on another sportsbook can receive a 50% bonus on whatever funds they move over. This is presumably meant to appease customers inconvenienced by the discontinuation of the 5Dimes brand.

In other words, the company’s apparent withdrawal from the US appears to somewhat illusory"

My thoughts exactly! I am thinking mine will not be the first one on the list and praying the money doesn't run out before they get to mine. I honestly will be shocked if I get it. Fingers crossed.

Well, I'm gonna say you will. I did speak to customer service and they said Bitcoin may take until the end of the month. Other methods will take longer. I'm not quite sure why people would think it would be that timely when the site prior to this was taking 48 to 96 hours (and that is mentioned when you do a bitcoin payout). If they are liquidating all U.S. players, I think it's reasonable to expect it to take longer. I would say patience would be the operative word here.

Thanks for the vote of confidence! I do not need the money to live, so that is rewarding and will honestly treat it like its a bonus. Will go towards the backyard project we have going on.

Welcome to the 5Dimes Group Live Chat. Keep in mind the account & 4-digit PIN combination must be provided if the information you are requesting is specific to your account only.
This is Rod from Sports Wagering Issues, how can I assist you today?

Can I get my NBA futures refunded so I may request a full payout?
avatar
Roderick 11:39
What its supposed to have an outcome after the 25th gets the refunds, if theres a possibility to have a result before this date, it will remain pending and finally graded accordingly.
Boston Series could end on the 23rd so it will have action and Denver until the 24th.
Both wagers have action sorry.
Aaron R XXXX 11:40
How do I request a payout after the 25th?
avatar
Roderick 11:41
Why after?
You can submit it before the 25th
25th is the due date.
Aaron R XXXX 11:41
So if Denver wins the NBA championship, how do I get paid?
avatar
Roderick 11:43
Please read carefully:
You are now losing both wagers but lets say you are winning then you can collect the funds before the 25th, if the series goes longer and will be decided after the 25th then we will refund the wagers because we will not be here after the 25th to grade wagers.
Aaron R XXXX 11:44
So if I lose you take the bet and if I win you don't pay?
avatar
Roderick 11:44
We left them open because you had the chance to win in 4 games too
Your teams are down now, but you had the same chances to win in 4 games
Aaron R XXXX 11:45
I bet the Champion though, not series winner or sweep
avatar
Roderick 11:46
It is not relevant... what I'm saying is that if for some reasons your teams losses the 1st 4 games then the outcome is decided before the 25th
Why you come to ask for the refunds now that you are loosing?
Aaron R XXXX 11:47
So if Denver wins the NBA championship, how do I get paid?
avatar
Roderick 11:47
CuXXXXers who requested the refunds before the series got the refunds
Aaron R XXXX 11:48
So if Boston wins the NBA championship, how do I get paid?
avatar
Roderick 11:48
Please read above I've answered this before.
Aaron R XXXX 11:48
You gave an answer that made no sense
avatar
Roderick 11:48
Ok, question for you.
Will Boston be champion before the 25th?
I know you know the answer.
Aaron R XXXX 11:49
No
Could they be the champion after?
avatar
Roderick 11:49
Ok, then you'll get the refund if the series goes after the 25th.
Aaron R XXXX 11:50
How do I request a payout after the 25th?
avatar
Roderick 11:50
again...
Why after?
You can request it on the 25th.
Aaron R XXXX 11:51
So on the 25th you will refund any futures and I have, and I must request a payout on that date?
avatar
Roderick 11:51
You dont have to, but yes, the last day to request payouts is the 25th.
Aaron R XXXX 11:52
If I don't how do I receive my money?
avatar
Roderick 11:52

Please read this.
Please go to the cashier and check your available payout methods

Aaron R XXXX 11:55
I read it, it is vague and nonspecific

Requested <1k BTC payout on 9/12 and received on 9/21. The funds randomly showed up in my wallet - no verification phone call or email.

Hang in there.. there is a very long line but it looks like everyone is getting paid.

Yep. I don't see the point of posting "I haven't been paid in 4,5,6 days" or whatever. It's not going to change anything, nor does it imply that there is some kind of a scam going on. I think logic should tell people that there are an extraordinary high amount of people that are being processed and it's going to take some time. Not to mention, why would they consistently send out so many emails reminding people to make sure they put in for their payout? If they were going to scam somebody, they wouldn't waste their time with that.

For payouts we have *********, Bitcoins, ACH, and transfers to a friend's or familiar 5Dimes account. MG payouts can be between $100-300/309 per transaction once every 1-8 days (up to $1218 a month depending on the processors), $10-25 fees depending on the amount. Bitcoin payouts can be between $50-10,000 (up to $50,000 as an exception for this situation). ACH can be between $1,000-$2,199 one per day(two per week,8 per month) with a fee of $95. No Credit Union nor Federal Banks are supported. And transfers to a friend's or familiar 5Dimes account.

5 dimes suspended play for US customers I only had approx $300 in the account how do I get that back?

Sebastian 10:17

Sebastian 10:21

Checks are no longer an option, we don't offer book to book transfers.

So what do I do wait for the 3rd party transferer after the 30th?

<svg viewBox="0 0 58 58" class="lc-1gg89ec e5ibypu0"><rect width="58" height="58" style="fill-rule: evenodd; clip-rule: evenodd; fill: rgb(242, 242, 242);"></rect></svg>

Sebastian 10:25

It is a very reputable company that have dealt with similar cases in the past. In case your funds remain with us by Sept 25th, you will be emailed with the instructions on how to reach out to them.

Ok....Ill have to do that I have no other option....Thanks for your time...

Post # 96 conversation I have about $300 in 5dimes......They voided my $200 futures bet & added it back to my payout amount....I have no choice but to deal with this 3rd party payer.......I think this answers a lot of questions for a lot of people out there who are in the same boat....

Where in the world did you get that interpretation from?

5Dimes have said from the start if you don't request your payout by the 25th, it will be turned over to a 3rd party processor (no surprise there). You can request a payout and receive it via the methods they noted to you (you are not limited to a 3rd party processor). As stated, they said Bitcoin will be neared to the end of the month and other methods will take a little longer.

This is an email that has been sent to me multiple times to make sure I put in for my payout before their deadlines.

I dont use bitcoin or any of the other methods....I dont have enough money in there for some of the other methods either.....Pinnacle using Pay Pal or neteller used to be a hell of a lot easier than 5dimes & most of these other books nowadays
