I highly doubt that posting this had a positive effect on you getting paid.....I'm sure they don't appreciate the negative publicity. Regardless.....I am VERY happy that you finally got paid out in full without further BS. I have had and still do have a sizeable chunk of change in there.
I sent in a request for a payout today, exactly one week after I requested the last one. But since they pulled scam book tactics by delaying the last payout, 5 Dimes told me I cannot request another payout until Friday, 7 days after they paid the last one.

well I have never done a one shot 5k.....did two 2.5k in 10 day span just in the last week and a half. I hate hearing this stuff.....I want to play there, but man people like you having this problem is really concerning. How much are you up on 5dimes this football season? 10, 20, 30k?
I've always loved 5 Dimes, but I'm done with them forever. Just don't trust them. They have a book that everyone loves playing at, and all they have to do is treat people like Bet Jamaica and CRIS, but they treat people like Betonsports and BetIslands. That signals trouble to me, because why wouldn't you pay fast with no questions asked if you had the cash?
Hey guys I've been playing a long time at 5D. I switched to bookmaker back in the summer Last Friday I posted a small amount at 5D first time in maybe 6 months. The reason I love their options. I'm a small player and I won a few hundred. Today at around 7am I requested the money from bookmaker and 5D By 11am I'd received a confirmation email from bookmaker that it was approved &complete and on its way. By 5pm nothing from 5D. So I called them and they told me even tho I've been a customer for 5+ years I need to send all my info again. They said they would send me an email explaining because i was driving. I got email 3 hours later after another reminder phone call. So tomorrow I'll send them what they ask and hope they approve and pay. Do you guys really think they are on hard times?
Whitey, yes I think they are on hard times and insolvent. If they weren't why would they do the stuff to us like you mentioned? "Sorry, I can't send you money because I need to verify your ID, even though you've played here for years." These are well known delay tactics, and I've been stiffed before. Why mess with this garbage when you can play at CRIS or Heritage and be safe?
