'58, yes there is a method for defining the series starting team. I know these results have not lived up to the 44-1 series record that put me on to this study, but there are nine subsets. When I'm done with the tracking I'm expecting to have two or three keepers from those nine as clearly they are not all up to snuff.

OK. All above was a miserable failure. Not even gonna bother computing the numbers. Fail.

At one point I did say that there were nine subsets that I was studying. Some of them turned out to be crap. But I've got three keepers. I have nine series now for a statistical sampling and I do believe that what I post from hereonin should produce some nice profits. But don't anybody go crazy with this stuff - yet. When the season is over I will go through all series for the season. That will give me a much better sampling and accurate picture of what we can expect in the future. Additionally we are in September when the Bases betting dynamic changes. Not sure how this stuff will hold up in September. But I'm gonna give it a try.

grecycle, They're not great yet. I'm still workin' on 'em. And there are serious drawbacks to this method of betting which I will have to address. The amount I'm gonna have to bet on the Yanks game today will be just crazy. I may have to eliminate any first game megafavs. This is a work in progress. Hope to have us all a winning system for next Bases season. Thanks for your interest.
