probably not much to some here. But I quit drinking 3 months ago today it has changed my life in many great ways. I've lost 30lbs and became a much healthier eater. I know longer gamble, and if I do it is minimal. I was on a one way train to hell, but I put a stop to it 3 months ago.
For you guys going to the bash, have a safe and fun trip. I attended one years back, and met some great guys. I will try and make it next year, but right now is the wrong timing.
Best of luck on all wagers today!:cripwalk:
Yeah I drink most every night but I also cut sugar completely out of my diet (minus whatever occurs naturally in wheat bread and fruit and all that). Staying steady at 6'0", 180 or so. Haven't even been working out the last 2 weeks and haven't gained any. Eating right plays a huge part.
Give it time Jake. Drinkin beer and not working out takes down the best of them.
I assume you are drinking hard liquor?
By the way I don't think we both could have been anymore wrong on this weekends UFC. Forrest Griffin embarassed me and I think that Florian is still trying to takedown BJ Penn lol
Did you end up winning anything?
Yeah I ended up ahead like 10 bucks on the day. Nothing special. Johny Hendricks won me some nice money even though I hated the stoppage.
And no, I drink mostly Keystone or Natural Light. 10-15 a day. I don't consume sugar and I also only eat like 1000 calories a day. I'm also pretty active.. even when I don't go to the gym I'll go to the lake and swim or something like that. Gym time tonight for sure though. Let's see if I can get 4 days in a row without drinking. Wish me luck. :toast:
How do you 10-15 a day and go to the gym?
Why not eat a balanced diet and not consume alcohol?
this is what puzzled me. Guys would cut out everything else just to drink, WTF
Me, I ate what I wanted and drank all the same..although=255lbs
just move to tumblers of crown instead of beer and you will be golden!
You have some time...
Ease up though dude. Much better things to be doing than drinking. Shit you need to get out of that hell hole you call Idaho and move to somewhere like Southern California where there is a lot more to do.
Haha I love the outdoors. Camping, jumping off train tressels, going into the middle of nowhere and climbing mountains. I'm not a big fan of most people... I like rural stuff.
