it all come's down TO the same thing if you dont play much people think your rested thats wrong because you need those touches to gaIN stamina and to feel like u own the field. the bengels coach will not feed dillon the ball enough for the bengels to win because if dillon gets hurt again its worst than another L IN THE STANDINGS.

The Bengals have another back named Rudi Johnson. Dillon doesn't have to do it all and will not be forced to. Expect Johnson to have double digit carries.

You know why the Bengals have the #6 pass defense? Because they can't stop the run. What would you rather do a s a coach, throw or run all day? You are definately a mind clouded homer. Even your avatar says "Chad Johnson will become the best WR in the NFL". WOW!!!!!!!!

ChadC, your last statement shows me you know nothing about the Bengals or the NFL, stay out of my threads if you have nothing to offer here, which I know you don't. Thank you

Matt,

The Bengals run defense is pathetic hence the reason for the 6th rated pass defense. Jamal will run all over them, and help to keep that pass rating intact. Conversely, Cory Dilon historically has terrible days against the Ravens. Rudi Johnson is a good backup. He will come in handy when Ray Lewis breaks Dillon in 1/2. For the Bengals to have a chance it will come via the air and Kitna. Stack 7,8,9 in the box against the run- it just doesn't matter. Baltimore's O line is the biggest in the NFL, and they love the smashmouth game. That's what everyone has done all year. THe gameplan I expect to see is for Kyle to throw for 175 yards and a TD this week as he begins to throw more to Heap, and stretches the D with long throws. I also expect 200 plus on the ground.

I like the Ravens in a 24-13 game. If you think the Ravens D haven't had this game circled since the schedule came out you're crazy. THey want nothing more to show MArvin they still got it.

Good luck with your bet. I suggest you lower it to a buck and spend the other 2 elsewhere. Your orange-colored glasses are jading you objectivity. THe Bengals are moving in the right direction, but as bad as they were last year there is only 1 place to go and that is up. They have not arrived yet.
I also think your hostility towards ChadC is misguided.

Regards,

Slade

How can I be such a homer for the Bengals and looking through my colored glasses if I have only bet the Bengals once this year as 4.5 point dogs and they win outright by 7. I predicted the score to be 20-13 and it was 21-14. I am looking at this very objectively and I do not appreciate the words that I am a homer. The last time someone told me to take off my blinders it was when I said "Don't load up on Oklahoma at -6 against IU in the semifinals, I said Dane Fife would shut down Price and everyone got on my ass. Well you know what happened. I went 19-2 on IU bets 2 years ago, I bet moneyline against them when Wisconsin beat them. I knew Jeffries was out, Vegas didnt. I bet the teams I know because I KNOW them. It is fine for you to come in here and say the Bengals suck but I'm not a homer.

Plummer 12-25 115 yds 3 INT
Portis 24-120

Gannon 13-28 103 yds
Garner 13-63

Maddox 21-34 240 yds
Amos 16-69
Bettis 16-59

Couch 23-36 280 yds
Green 16-47

Bledsoe 19-35 211 yds
Henry 25-85

What I am trying to convey is that people don't abandon the pass against the Bengals and go run only. Teams have tried to pass and they all havent been succesful. Portis is the only back who really dominated the Bengals. Amos and Bettis ran well but nothing out of the ordinary. Green adn Henry didnt get 4 yards a carry. I admit teh Bengals run defense isnt that great, but it isnt that bad either, but what I am saying it isnt because of the run defense that the pass defense is highly ranked. It is because of Tory James and Marvin Lewis. Tory James has played huge this year and shutdown bigtime receivers. Lewis might run all over them sunday, its possible, who knows. But I am looking at this game from an objective standpoint, and I am sorry that I took it kind of bad, when you guys called me a homer, but that is just how I am.

Two words John Kitna, This one QB that i can't put coins on. He is a up and down player and if you get enough presser on him he will throw the ball off of his back foot. don't worry about the sacks just knock him down a lot. he will get ball out of his hand so fast all you will see is INT.
as for the front line yes give the ball to lewis and watch him run and you have to fill the raven know this. so they will have plays for lewis to get open hole for him to run thru with a mack truck. don't see a lot deep pass from ravens QB because he is not ready.

so my money is on RAVENS -2 easly with no problem.

and i am not always right but i am not always wrong either.just how i fill about the game

Matt24,

You have to admit that with numbers like this it is hard for anyone who is "objective as you say you are to place a bet here. You will probably win this bet because everytime I get involved in a game this much on this board I lose. Oh, don't criticize me either, I have won more money the last few years then you can count. I can't believe how worked up you got, over an "objective" bet.

LMAO ChadC, yeah I'm sure you are big money. Those stupid trends are meaningless. No I don't have to admit anything, because your trends mean nothing to me, and if I bet based on these trends I would feel like the biggest idiot in the world. "I have won more money the last few years then you can count." still LMAO over here

Oddly enough, I make Cincy my best bet of the week. I got down for 10 Units (next biggest play for me is 6 Units) at +2.

I've been using a totally objective formula, which makes Cincy a 7 1/2 point favorite.

I will start a string, just for the record, showing my formula plays starting with this week. It has been quite sucessful so far this season.

In any case, I am all over Cincy this week.

SERIOUSLY.....
when making large wagers, you need to feel confident.the bengals instill no confidence in me what-so-ever. can they win this game, sure..would i make a big play on this game? no way in hell. reason no 1. corey dillion coming off a groin injury. no 2. ravens lbs getting the best of dillon. no 3 ravens 2ndary coming together. i would throw a lil something on bengals $ line if i were gunna make a play, but nothing big
