Seconds after Obumbo got in the long term capital gains went to from 15% to 20% - then they scammed us with the ACA and threw a 3.9% tax on top of capital gains - so I went from 15% to 24% overnight - no biggie - only 66% tax increase - then to top it Humana cancelled my major medical plan - then Bill Clinton told Obama u can't do that - you told the people they could keep their plan - that lasted about 6 months and all the major medical plans were deemed illegal under the ACA - and this is what I get to look forward to? wonderful
I am already positioning my assets for Biden win. Personally I dont see how Trump loses, but just in case. I also have told my employees things will change if Biden wins so be prepared. I have a couple liberals that just couldn't believe that they could lose their kush jobs if the liberal wins. They are good employees but I think it could have hit home that elections have consequences. They have been completely different people the past couple weeks since I let all of them know.
The world will not stop spinning but the real estate development market will take a hit. When it does we will be well funded and purchase. The shitty part is by moving to this I only need half my staff I currently have.
Isn't that what we should be voting for? whose/what policies we agree with. Yea the guy isn't someone many people would want to have a beer with but we aren't voting for prom king & queen. As long as the job gets done. I have hired the same lawyer 2x and the guy is complete jerk. Someone I dread even talking to on the phone, but he gets the job done better than my other options. Kinda how I view Trump. Just my 2 cents.
