JOH is ruling the best he can. His rulings are fair and the same to all players.

Let's just get along and say thanks to JOH for doing a great job at an extra tough job this year.

Honestly, if you are bitching about this season already knowing about what the world is going through,
you know damn well this season is like no other, just like this year! And you should have never joined if you’re going to cry about rules and regulations!
Everyone is doing the best they can to accommodate 2020. Just deal with it!

I agree that JOH and everyone in charge of this site is doing a great job. What a strange year it is. We all have to be flexible in such odd times.

I have a quick question just to be sure. Is it fair to assume that if I make my picks and then after my picks are in a game is canceled due to a player testing positive for Covid-19, then I would be granted an extra pick the following week. So if I only had 4 picks in week 5 because a game was canceled, I would have 6 picks in week 6 to catch up, and other similar things (like if 2 games are canceled I would get two additional picks the following week?)

yes, however I'm offering the opportunity to make up the pick during the same week if time permits. If not, make it up following week. Bending the rules, I know but just so much easier to do the bookkeeping this way.

I have kinda the same question as Mental Perf, but from the opposite direction: I see there are two games that are not listed (NE and TENN). Is it safe to assume that these games will not be added if lines come out on them before Saturday?? I ask because I like to put my plays in early (for fear of forgetting and missing the deadline) and I might have opinions on those games if they become options.

Also, add me to the list of guys who think JOH is doing a great job and is making his rulings in a totally non biased manner....as he always has !!

you have to be paranoid, double check a couple times OCD is good for contests as I check multiple times to see that my picks have submitted under View Selections. Take a picture also with time stamp.

Did you not check for a timestamp after you submitted them? JOH has been running this and many other contest for years and there has never been any complaints like this in the past

I have used my phone for every entry since 2015. I check the selection spreadsheet to make sure my name appears on it every time. It's your job to check the spreadsheet to make sure your name shows up with the timestamp. If you would have checked the spreadsheet and noticed that your name did not appear you would have caught it....that's your job, not JOH's job.

Agree. I consistently enter my pix 5-10 minutes before deadline knowing full well the risks of the server going down or my internet crashing, & I'll get zero pts.

I also still have time to check the spreadsheet minutes before the deadline to make sure pix went thru.

Highly suggest putting in pix Fri night & checking selection sheet Sat morning.
