I'm sure you'll get different theories but my personal rule of thumb is : anything -125 or less my bet amount is my win amout ... while anything -130 or higher my bet amount is my risk amount.

JJ if only criteria you are using HF3 in N league is 15-10 last 21 days and HF5 is 7-3. If you use the formula I showed you a while back it spits the nubmer out automatically. Formula looks like this

Just stick it anywhere and put todays date in cell b4. This goes in the master.
