i have basically stayed at the same hotel each time I went..
so I don't know much of the city

sounds good to me, i always go sometime during august, weekend before labor day usually works well, college games starting up, some pre-season pro stuff. personally i prefer the alladin, ever since they went into bankrupcy the rates have generally been cheapest of the nicer hotels. computer with high speed access in every room too (or you can bring your own)quite convenient.

Lange - poker on the Terrace? I'm not familiar with where you mean? I play in usually the Mirage or the Bellagio but I don't go out there very often anymore. I am far from a Vegas insider of any sort. Last time I got lucky and stumbled upon a private game somehow, a friend of a friend type of thing. Best game I have ever played in, every player knew how to deal if you get my drift. Anyway looking forward to it, be a pleasure to take a few hands with you....
