Damn thing probably distributes participation trophies too.

Speaking of Which...

Boss415 will still get a Trophy, right?

For his participation in the "Should I buy this KIA" thread?

Right?

If there were great demand for First Aid Kits at baseball tournaments wouldn't these be sold at the various concession stands within the parks?

I don't understand this at all. Must be something to do with the vending machine itself's design....

I agree. I'm not buying that he was offered $30 million. Why couldn't there be a competitor? Why couldn't the company that offered $30 million just start their own competitor to this?

Shut Up or we might Write your ass in to be the next President.

Its Purple Kush. Get your CARD. Say you have occasional dizziness accompanied by Nausea and Blurred Vision and your elbow kinda hurts, Vertigo...if you wanna be all impressive with the Medical Terms.

If they ask how you know that word tell them your fadebook friends with Ellie Day.

The only reason its got 1/2 of that 5th Star is a few fools were too high to differentiate the 4 Star Button from the Five.

Blurred Vision.

Them folks had totally NO dizziness, Nausea or pain in their elbows though, at that time.

Whatsoever.

When he's 35 and broke he'll wish he took the money.

Agree 100%.

Seems like it could only be some Proprietary technology within the vending machine itself....

Dollar to a Donut some Online Blog like FoxNews believed a fake Press Release to be real :):) and thats what got us to this point.

How pathetic. 30 million for what? Nothing.

I HATE MILLENIALS. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST PUSSY GENEDRATION THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN.

Facebook, twitter, Instagram....They are all jokes and not worth any real money.

I am for bullying. America should encourage it.

Hey look, I created a meme and a vine. Millenials suck

I'm pretty sure you're considered a Millennial Vlad. They are people born in the 80's through 2000. A 13-yr old kid isn't.

Kid should have taken the money but I highly doubt he will be hurting when he is 30.

If he can come up with something at 14 that generates some numbnuts willing to give him 30 million for it with likely zero sales, chances are when he is 24 he will have something better.

I would invest in this kids future earnings

It's a vending machine. Can you really patent a vending machine? I assume he is selling everyday items that are available in drug stores.

Doesn't sound like something that can not be duplicated

I would have taken the offer and invest/start a new project... CANT ASK FOR A BETTER STARTUP IN LIFE THAN 30 MILLION... he is a smart kid he can think of something else.

He can buy a couple of businesses that pay themselves +/- 10 years and be set for life regardless of he being able to come up with a new invention.

I don't know. He's obviously smarter then the average 14 year old but this seems like a very repeatable business.
Very easy for a large company to get around any patents and back the same thing with more money and distribution channels.

This kid obviously has a great entrapenoral mind.

What better way to start that then have any kind of of schooling payed for with no loans .

Heck he's 14. Just investing the money he could almost double the 30 mil just on investments by the time he gets out of college.

I don't have all the info he has but on the surface this seems like a bad move .

I was always told to always take your first chance at big money even if it's not technically a good deal.

Once you have the first big deal I. Your back pocket then you can get more picky about deals in the future

I'm sure he took his parents' advice, who unfortunately is wrong in this case because they've heard of the exact stories of selling too early & not, as you guys have discussed here.

It's a neat idea, but no way in hell can first aid items ever be popular & needed enough to be very successful.

He should have taken the money...
