That was factored into the original offering. You could always wait until the last minute to post your pick, but then someone may have already taken your number. Everyone is subject to the same rules so that makes it fair IMO.

Part of my calculation is that the Repuclicans were prepared to have the election come down to Colorado and it was looking that way a few weeks ago. They set up a situation where that is the state they were going to try and steal it. They probably won't now, but I took a shot that they still will.
