In the recent showdowns with elite opposition the Oregon's defensive front held up quite well against excellent offensive lines from LSU and Auburn. It was the Ducks offensive line that had issues in those meetings.

None of these guys on the current D'line were on those teams. And Stanford completely dismantled the D'line the past two years. It has been known to be one of Oregon's biggest problems is their small D'line going up against big physical teams. I didn't even know it was that big of a secret.

Auburn rushed for over 250 yards on them with over 5.1 ypc. Yea, definitely something to brag about, lol.

turnovers were the biggest issue in my mind.... D Thomas with 2 kickoff return fumbles against LSU was huge..QB play against Auburn was awful.....Fact is we played Auburn better then any SEC team did that year

red eye, just think if they didnt play a "bad" first half? i thought zona would be in this thing after last two meetings of these two i was dead wrong.. that was probably as bad a half as ducks have played all year and up 23-0 with total yards domination at 382-25..if they played a good half might be 49-0 at the half..
