BTW, on that tubestack site, if I recall correctly (haven't used it since I posted it), about every seventh or eighth video clip CLICK redirects you to a commercial site. Just close that and reclick the desired clip and then it runs. That's a common way for them to get advertisers to support the free access

That's done with your computer mouse...The video is exactly the same as you would have on your computer monitor
Once the clip has loaded for more than a minute or so (presuming normal broadband speed) there's a progression bar at bottom of screen where you can slide backward or forward
Actually better than a RW or FF because you pretty much "jump" forward or back as many minutes or seconds as you want

I would presume you would have your laptop set up within easy reach of wherever you're sitting.
The cable that comes with the adaptor is about 12 feet long. And you can buy extensions at most any computer supply store (S-cable), thus allowing you to have your laptop by your chair or on couch and easy connect to television which in many rooms might be several feet away.
