If you don’t like your carrier changing both at once is the best thing to do.
I new carrier will throw in all kinds of shit for a new customer are you kidding ?

Just go to potential new carrier and tell them you thinking about switching if you give me a free iPhone .

You would never get that changing one at a time .

chop is 100% right on this.

I was a long time AT&T customer and switched to Verizon. Was able to get 3 phones for the price of 1 plus other crap

You ain't getting shit free...More like 35.00 a month because minimum unlimited plan is 70.00 compared to prepaid 35.00 and you don.t have to spend 700.00+ or so for a phone that does the exact thing as the MotorolaE6...I don't foresee doubleplay as the type that wants to sit around and watch disney on a 4 inch screen...

Just put a new battery in my iPhone 7 plus today. Not upgrading until second generation of 5g phones. Most likely they will obsolete the iPhone 7's and earlier by that time anyway. Might switch to Samsung in future they are offering high powered camera with 100x magnification. Apple is so slow in offering new features. Phones are ridiculously expensive now. I can't imagine losing a $1500 phone. The days of getting a free phone with a two year contract for phones that cost that much are over.

Did you do the battery replacement yourself? I need to do that. Love this phone

I've got an iPhone. Newer model. No clue what model. Wife buys this stuff. I just use it.

After this 2 yr deal is over, I'm getting off Apple though. Fuck American Big Tech. No more Apple. No more searches on Google. Etc. Phasing it all out.

I've had 4 Samsung Notes. Currently have the Note 10+. I like them and have had good luck with all of them. I can't stand trying to do something on my wife's IPhone but I'm not used to any of the stuff on them. For what they cost they should all be dependable and easy to use no matter what kind.

I just bought the Iphone SE,which is thr one before the 11,and so far its good, and also it didn't cost a ton of money,as it was 399$ which is not bad for a newer phone, and the reviews are all pretty positive

Not currently planning to buy new smartphone... Some of you will laugh, but am currently thinking of removing the protective case from the back, which I had put on when I bought it.... To me it makes the phone a little heavy for talking. Keep in mind that the phone I still use most is the old LG flip phone, quite light to handle. Maybe if I can take off the OUTTER box on back of iphone will use it a bit more...Thanks for the info on straighttalkwireless

Galaxy S10+ for 27 months now. Starting to have intermittent issues. Not happy. Don't want a new phone, I have far too many apps to start over, but I may not have a choice. I'm pissed just typing this ?. Going to check out that site above

The apps just transfer from one phone to the next . It’s not like you are starting over

I don't think they're all that easy, especially the higher security shit, but I hope you're right

I currently have an IPHONE Pro Max 11 which is getting dinged up and dated - I think I prefer the IPhone over the Samsung though it’s really preference - as for carriers - I use Cricket - they share the lines of ATT and Verizon - never had a problem even when overseas - in the next few months I’m gonna get the newest version of the IPhone

The good thing about going from iphone to iphone is that everything is in "the cloud" and will transfer over to your new phone

The only thing that you have to do is remember your passwords for each app that you sign into but its no big deal

Do those of you with smartphones carry in back pocket without a protector? Personally, I do not want any phone that won't fit in my back pocket..just me
Currently still using my first and only one..Iphone Se2020. Serves my purpose okay.

I've had my S10+ for approximately the same time Willie and very happy with it and touch wood haven't had any issues until the other day when I did an update. When update was complete I was and still am missing so many screen ICONS and of course I'm not going to remember the ones that were deleted but I've lost a few full screen ICONS, each screen showing 20 ICONS. Some screens have been left with 1-6 ICONS on it from 20 that were on those screens. I've did as much as I'm going to do as far as trying to remember or search for ICONS that were deleted. Other than that I'm happy with the S10+ and I never change phones until I have no choice, they have to be completely done. Good luck ?
