it seems moving posts to the rr is a slippery slope - not that it matters much in the end - but, why bother? i've gotten more good (laughs) from btj than bad.
if his threads are not popular, theyll die. if they inspire any type of responses, theyll live. either way the rx shouldnt care much. some of the funniest/best threads in the offshore forum have been filled with garbage, like the 'guy has two kids whatre the chances one is a girl' thread... who cares that its ot and that folks got frustrated, it was good reading.

go to your head? It is afterall just a mod's job on an internet forum. Not exactly a Dean @ Yale. Just because BTJ was not always PC enough for you, doesn't diminish his laugh a day value. If there are hard and fast rules re. ANY ref. to B&W issues then so be it. But relegating EVERY post to the RR seems a tad severe. Also if you ragged on every spelling mistake @ the RX you wouldn't have time for anything else. But he left of his own accord, so he'll be back I'd guess.

Those into such barbs can lobby the Rx Management to fill the role of Late Night Mod and to receive the accompanying $1.79 per hour - at which time they can take threads like BTJ's and STICKY them to the top of the OS Forum.

as a reasonable man. That's why I was somewhat surprised at what I thought was a rash reaction to BTJ. I could be way off on this one, but I usually looked @ his rants as "tongue in cheek", maybe not, If not, to put some of that stuff in a public forum, if you do believe it, is very foolish. To try & moderate this place can't be a cup of tea. And I imagine no matter how you rule you're wrong w/some. As far as the spelling and misuse of contractions it drives me nuts too, but as I said THAT IS a full time job. The usual response is "typo"!!!
